I was treated with such kindness by my barista just now. I have been emotional unwell & I came through the drive thru to get something & not only was she so kind, she went out of her way to right “you matter!” & “enjoy!” & tried talking to me & I am just really appreciative of her. Thank you.

Whoever they had working the drive through tonight 9/29/25 - made my night and he didn’t even know it.
Today was my birthday and everything had been going wrong. The orchard we were going to pick fruit from had closed and we only found out after an hour drive, the restaurant we had been planning to go to was closed but only today for some reason, so I went to get a coffee for my birthday but the reward didn’t show up in the app like it had done every year the past 5 or so years. He scanned my phone and it didn’t give the birthday reward, I was so bummed. He was still cheerful and checked my ID instead, saw it was my birthday and gave me the coffee anyways. It was the only thing that had gone right for me and turned my whole day around. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but thank you.

There was a baby roach in my drink today , I didn’t get any apologies nothing , I was just given another drink which was poorly made . I know it was the end of their shift but this is unacceptable! I didn’t give a 1 star because this is the first time this happens at this location . But I’m not coming back !

Review If I could give this Starbucks 6 stars, I would—but apparently Google thinks caffeine highs have limits. Friendliest Starbucks baristas on the planet! These baristas are so nice I’m convinced they’re secretly Disney characters in disguise.
Honestly, if world peace could be achieved through shaken espressos, lattes and kindness, it would start right here.
They remember my name, my order, AND somehow don’t judge me when I ask for “extra-extra sweet cream cold foam, like… life depends on it.” 10/10 would let them adopt me : )

I don’t usually like coffee, but I went here and got a iced coffee anyway. It wasn’t too bad, you just have to get used to the way coffee tastes. It was around $7 for a grande coffee.

I asked for oatmilk and no whipped cream they understood the assignment as they put it on the cup tag, but when I received my drink, it had whipped cream all in the cup. I can't have dairy because of dietary restrictions, so it made the drink completely undrinkable. The barista even checked the cup tags and had a look of oh shit then gave it to me. Very disappointed.

Every time I come I get a brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso and they always never fill up the whole cup and never put enough oat milk. I also have to ask for more oat milk because they leave a full inch of gap that they never feel bothered to fill. When I do ask they give a rude response saying they did the measurements and this is how the drink is made bah bah bah but every other location does it right only this location rips you off my a full dollar each time. They obviously care about saving Starbucks lined pockets of cash and ripped hard working people off. I only come because it’s on my path to work and who wouldn’t for convenience but I shouldn’t have to embarrass myself just to get a cup of coffee I really needed and that would cheer my mood :(
