I come to this Starbucks every single day, & a huge reason I keep coming back is because of the amazing baristas here. The entire team is consistently friendly, welcoming, & hardworking, & they truly make this location such a great place to visit!!!
I especially want to give a shoutout to Tyler, Billy, & Matthew, who always go above & beyond to make every visit feel personal! They’re incredibly kind, attentive, & genuinely make an effort to make me feel cared for and special every time I walk in. They make my day everyday!

This is the third time I have ordered chai tea and added pumpkin sauce for 80 cents. Unfortunately, this is the third time they haven't added it. How hard is it to get it right. I didn't have time to circle back because I've always been pressed for time. Please start double checking the orders you are making. Im tired of tipping for inadequate service.

I'm so tired of paying $10 for coffee and it's 3/4 way filled with coffee!!!! They put so much cold foam at the top and it STILL doesn't fill the cup! The largest size you can get and it's half the contents of 7 Brew and Dutch Bros and cost MORE! save your money and go to 7 Brew or Dutch Bros.

I really like this location. They never seem to be too busy, so I’m able to get my drinks fairly fast. My drink was made correctly. My only complaint is that I was given a hot latte with no sleeve and I had to ask for one. It seemed odd because it’s a hot drink, and I thought sleeves were standard for lattes.
I was treated with such kindness by my barista just now. I have been emotional unwell & I came through the drive thru to get something & not only was she so kind, she went out of her way to right “you matter!” & “enjoy!” & tried talking to me & I am just really appreciative of her. Thank you.

Whoever they had working the drive through tonight 9/29/25 - made my night and he didn’t even know it.
Today was my birthday and everything had been going wrong. The orchard we were going to pick fruit from had closed and we only found out after an hour drive, the restaurant we had been planning to go to was closed but only today for some reason, so I went to get a coffee for my birthday but the reward didn’t show up in the app like it had done every year the past 5 or so years. He scanned my phone and it didn’t give the birthday reward, I was so bummed. He was still cheerful and checked my ID instead, saw it was my birthday and gave me the coffee anyways. It was the only thing that had gone right for me and turned my whole day around. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but thank you.
