Every time I come I get a brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso and they always never fill up the whole cup and never put enough oat milk. I also have to ask for more oat milk because they leave a full inch of gap that they never feel bothered to fill. When I do ask they give a rude response saying they did the measurements and this is how the drink is made bah bah bah but every other location does it right only this location rips you off my a full dollar each time. They obviously care about saving Starbucks lined pockets of cash and ripped hard working people off. I only come because it’s on my path to work and who wouldn’t for convenience but I shouldn’t have to embarrass myself just to get a cup of coffee I really needed and that would cheer my mood :(

Whoever made my Grande Iced matcha Latte with pistachio cold foam at 3:00pm on Thursday the 27th, THANK YOU!!! Every time i get a drink from here, it is not good. Last time i got a match latte, there was chunks of matcha just floating and iykyk… i wish i knew who made me drink, but thank you to whomever this applies to!

The Pike hot coffee, lattes, and cortados is what I get. My coffees are always really hot, the way I like them! They have heavy whipping cream. The froth on my lattes and cortados is always perfect. The heavy cream to coffee ratio is always on point!

In the last few weeks this location has tanked. They provide zero customer service, they are unkind, they forget a syrup or something thay I pay extra for almost every time, and twice I have watched them make my drink with milk (that I am allergic to) and then lie about it at the window. Now they won't even scan my app so I can have points. Absolutely different place than the last 2 years and it's worth driving further for better service and the coffee I actually order.

It's Starbucks with a great atmosphere and great coffee! The food is pre-made and sometimes can be overheated, which makes for not so good eating experience.

The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to. No care goes into making the drinks. We go because it’s convenient, but will not be going here anymore. Every single time there is something wrong with my order. And they’re rude when you try to tell them it’s made wrong. For example, not a single person here knows how to make the Iced Honey Apple Almondmilk Flat White. Have ordered 6/7 times, and has not been made right a single time. Even the “corrected” one is wrong. They never put the cold foam on it. Today they made it hot.. there’s not even a hot version of the drink that I know of? When I asked them to remake it, it was still wrong.
The service is also consistently bad and/or very slow.
We will not be going back again. We will drive the extra couple miles to Garth Brooks Starbucks
