From the get go I should have known it was going to be a bad experience. Order a sandwich from elsewhere. This place is a joke.
If I wanted tuna patee on a cracker it might have actually been worth it but no. Taking my corporate business to someplace that can actually make a decent sandwich.

Husband ran up for lunch while I'm working and they sent him home with sandwiches on stale bread with ZERO meat on them. Like two spinach leaves and that was it. This is the 3rd time this shop has produced very very poor service and food.

This place should be shut down immediately they don’t accept coupons there staff is rude and they put as little produce as possible on your sandwich and when you ask for more give you an attitude. The girl almost dropped my sandwich on the ground. Seems like they have turned off there online ordering which is even more inconvenient for when you want to grab lunch and be out zero stars corporate should cancel this store same treatment to everyone Apperntly

Received a coupon at my house not a mile from the store and after making my sandwich they informed me they don’t take the coupons. Wouldn’t have stopped in knowing that.

I have been going to Subway for years...specifically the one closest to my house on Reno & Mustang. The only sandwich i normally get is a Steak & Cheese. As they were putting on the veggies I noticed the lack of meat. I mentioned it to the workers and they said they are now required to way the meat to put on. I let them know that this was about 1/3 the amount I have been used to getting. And to let their bosses know that this new policy is costing them a customer. They said they understood and did not like it either. The workers were great. No issue with them. I am not paying that price for an average sub with basically no meat on it. So now I will be taking all my sub sandwich business to Jersey Mike's & Krells.

Friday evening (8/23/2024) customer service was terrible. Kaitlyn was rude to us and annoyed by the new employee she was training. She may have just been having a bad day but don't take it out on your customers or employees. She may need to get out of customer service.

This subway did a fantastic job with the subs that they make. I’ve never had any complaints regarding the food and the service here every time I visit this subway location. It was also a couple minutes away from where I lived for convenience and that the subs were relatively cheap. I definitely would recommend this place.
Parking: Parking can get tight at times when this place is packed but expansion doesn’t seem to be an option due to the other business beside this Subway location. Not a huge problem for me because I mostly show up when the parking lot is mostly empty.
