Ordered online and received a salad with no lettuce......a SALAD with no lettuce....were they out of lettuce? No. All the sandwiches were almost correct. My daughter is the only one in the family that eats black olives. Guess who's sandwich DIDN'T have black olives on it? Yep. My daughters.

Went in here to get a sandwich. The cashier was wearing gloves, but didn’t take them off while running the register. Using the same gloves to make food, bag food up, and handle money while using the register. Gross.Please retrain your staff

We received these coupons in the mail and attempted to use one on Friday. The young lady said they could not accept the coupon due to the economy. I do understand however, a sign should be posted to alert patrons of the new rule, these coupons don’t expire until November.

The Mgr. made me an excellent the boss footlong. ? service friendly and clean store. Lots of healthy drink options and cookies too. ?
Unfortunately this subway refuses to honor coupons suddenly. I had been going here for years and years. I’ll just go to one of the other several subways in a 3 mile radius, no big deal.

I think the lady who made my sandwich was named Alana or something. Had a bad attitude the entire time with me and her coworker. Felt kinda bad for him. She rolled her eyes just about any time I wanted more or less of something. After sitting to eat, I overheard her making some derogatory comments but couldn't make them out. Won't be back.
