I’ve been going to summer moon since there first location opened and it used to be so good but the past several times I have went the espresso taste burnt and disgusting and I couldn’t even drink it. One time the foam on top looked like soap and there was so many grounded up coffee flakes in it The only other complaint is there reward system is kind of a joke compared to Starbucks idk what has been going on with the coffee the last month but it’s so disappointing

Love the drinks! Did notice that every time I go through the drive through the tip is already clicked for me & the workers tell me “ I just need you to sign this for me “ Don’t mind tipping ever but it just seems sketchy. The customer should be able to decide if they would like to tip you based off of your service . This is the only location I’ve ever had that problem with . The other locations are just great!

Have been getting breakfast and coffee here recently and multiple times when paying for it the cashier has already selected a tip on the tip option without saying anything. While the food and drinks are wonderful I think the customer should have the option to tip while in the drive thru.

I LOVE summermoon. Every time i walk in there this red head named Mayley always greets me with a smile, ready to serve me a ice mocha latte with 3 shots of espresso and a pump of lavender! She makes my drink soooo good! I love that woman.

I’m no stranger to the Summer Moon world, and was very, very excited to try this location out while in town.
First impressions mean everything - and it’s such a bummer walking into a place with multiple employees working and not receiving a warm greeting or even a smile. No “Thank you” on the way out either.
Coffee was great per usual, but when it’s the middle of the afternoon - and there’s no line inside or cars in the drive-thru, the customer service being provided to guests should be stellar.
I would not return to this location due to that reason alone. The quality at Summer Moon is always fantastic, but the customer service provided is what will keep your customers continuing to return to your location.
It does not help create an enjoyable environment for customers whenever the employees don’t even necessarily look like they want to be there.
On the other hand- this is one of the most GORGEOUS locations I’ve visited. The interior is lovely!

I love going to this coffee shop I go here 2-3 times week for morning coffee I usually order a Java Chip Moon Glacier with 1 shot of Espresso in it and I love their cinnamon rolls and donuts. The atmosphere is perfect for studying, reading, and focusing I love going in and journaling or even just hanging out! The team get to know their regulars as well if you go here often enough! Highly recommend ☕️🍩
