We showed up here 45 min after they were posted to open, waited in the drive thru for about 5 min. pulled up to the window to check and see if hours on google were incorrect and they were still closed (only 1 car in the parking lot), sign in the drive thru on the window did confirm they opened at 8 am. We circled the building again and waited another 10 or so min for someone to come on the drive thru speaker. Nothing. super disappointing, we were leaving for a long roadtrip and needed drinks.

Poor customer service. I waited at the driveway for about 7minutes and decided to call the place to see if they were still open. This all happened around 820p. The lady answered the phone and said yes I can pull up so once I got to the window, I asked to speak to the manager and she said that the manager was there and that there’s only two people that are working and I understand that but they both saw me waiting in line. I really don’t believe the manager was there and if she was the manager, she has poor customer service as well and she needs better training because they should’ve gave me a drink for the weight that happened.

This swig location is always fast and friendly. Only once have they been out of stock of pomegranate (my daughter’s favor drink has it). We are always greeted with a smile. Great location in my book.

Loooooove this place and try going there everyday I kan afford to. They do need a faster system but I don't care I stay in the line anyways they are so good ?
Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE treatment of employees to have them outside in temperatures above 90 degrees with no shade, fans, etc. Makes me feel like I can't come here without feeling guilty in the summer.
