Anaya had a horrible attitude at the drive thru when all I did was ask a question about the rewards since it was my first time that I was going to use it, we always go to this Taco Bell it was my first time seeing her there but it completely ruined my mood
Well this was my first and last time at this location. I ordered at the kiosk and while I was placing my order, a female employee went to the restroom and the entire store could hear her coughing, hacking and then throwing up. When she exited she went right back into the kitchen where I watched her prepare food. I immediately regretted placing my order. When I got my order over half of it was wrong. The hard taco shells were stale, the Gordita shell was extremely stale to where it was not edible. The nice ladies remade the items that were not made correctly the first time. It’s frustrating to receive such poor quality food when I spent around $40. The lobby is not real welcoming and comfortable, most of the tables were sticky and dirty. Lobby presentation is not great. There are no lids or straws in the lobby. The floor looked like it had not been swept all day and it was about 2:30. It was an all around disappointment.
Timely and tasty grub. They always get my order right and are friendly while doing so.

Well, the African American lady at the drive through was absolutely rude as can be, cutting me off; food was wrong the first time went back, and then got a Gordita supreme; and the bread is literally not fried/cooked, it’s soggy doughy bread, I’d like a a complete refund and I will never eat here again as long as I live.
This location has gone to absolute crap over the last 5 years.

Very slow store and when I modify my food the modifications are never done and the food is cold half the time and Everytime I get nacho fries they have very little to no seasoning on them it’s a waste to pay for them when I can get regular unseasoned fries from anywhere else
