Zero stars is not an option so 1 star it is. Request 4 soft tacos with no lettuce and the lady ensured I did not want lettuce still had lettuce on them even though the sticker they put on the bag also says no lettuce. The cinnamon sticks on my recipe that I paid for I did not get either.

The young girl who worked the drive through and window on 12/5/25 needs her attitude checked. she was extremely disrespectful. The male manager was very respectful when i brought this to his attention so i give him credit but the lady at the drive through needs a reality check.

I spent over $50 at this location when I ordered food tonight. The food looked like it had been sitting for a long while and either it was all tossed in the bag quickly or it was dropped . The hard Tacos were not only soggy, but they were crushed, and almost inedible. It was disgusting.

But what made it worse? The way they handled it.

I called immediately. They picked up and told me to call back in 5 minutes to talk to Nathan the Manager. I did exactly that — and now they refuse to answer. Repeated calls, totally ignored. That’s not just bad service — that’s disrespect.

You don’t take someone’s money, send them garbage, then ghost them when they try to get help.

This location has zero accountability, no pride in their food, and clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I’ll never order from here again — and neither should you !!!!

UPDATE: An hour later they answered my call through a different phone I had to use. Nathan said they’ll refund and to wait a couple days and said that he’s sorry they didn’t answer because he’s never seen the store so busy at 11:30pm.

I guess I’ll update in a few days if I receive my refund.

If there is a different location that you can choose, I would. Crabby cashier AND wrong order. I ordered 2 chalupas and paid over $10 and received 2 regular tacos. Once I got where I was going, and I saw what was in the bag, I called and the person who answered was the same crab and couldn’t have cared less. Just really poor customer service. I’ll still order from Taco Bell just not this one.

Fries are cold and old. I don't even bother getting anything else from here because every time I do y'all don't try. Hopefully my cheesy potatoes are fine 🤦 couldn't even give me a full cup of cheese for my fries. Like gee thanks. That's sarcasm. Y'all are a rip off. Adding to what I just posted I have now tried the cheesy potatoes and one of them was still partly frozen. The rest are clearly cold and old. So I just completely wasted my money and feel I deserve a refund. I can't even eat what I just bought. 🤬

Food is always great, But you need to plan on an extra 10 minutes of waiting time then you would normally spend at a Taco Bell. I always order one or two meals and the wait is always around 20-25 minutes, regardless if you are in the drive thru or inside.
