The girls that work there have absolutely no customer service skills, they are short, and rude with customers and roll their eyes when asked a simple question. I want to continue to support your store but please give these teenage girls a lesson in customer service. 🙏

No staff, wait time over 30 minutes. Ice cream was okay, in comparison with donuts (also in Yukon) wins hands down. I might consider it in the future once they get the staff vacancies filled.
Disappointed in our first time stopping in. We were not greeted as we came in. The place was dead but for some reason the employee rushed us like crazy, we were new customers so we were not familiar with the menu, but was hurried through ordering. Our cookie sandwiches were made in a hurry and the toppings we asked for were sparingly used. We were not impressed and won’t be returning.

BEEN COMING TO THIS shop for as long as I’ve lived in Oklahoma five years I’ve always gotten a punch for my purchase today. I spent $6.39 for two cookies and a water and The worker informed me that someone or new people have not been following the policies and I do not get a punch for my purchase. I only get a punch for A single item more than two dollars I informed the young lady that this is my first time ever hearing this and she apologized and said that she would let the other employees know of the situation. I let her know again that I’ve been coming here for five years and I’ve gotten a punch for every purchase. This is the first time it’s a small situation. The consistency is the thing that bothers me most. While I love this place I will more than likely, no longer shop at this location;

Pretty straight forward. Ice cream sandwiches. Sucks that brownies cost more, but they are better imo. Not a cheap treat but tasty.
Wish they had more ice cream flavors.
If you might come back, don't forget to get your punch card. Nothing better than getting a free one after a while.
Parking: This parking lot is weird. Theres no spots in front if baked bear. Some extra wide spots that seem like handicapped but aren't labeled as such. Most of the parking is over a curb like the designer really didnt want people to be able to drive up to the stores unless you are one of the lucky few.
I cannot tell if there is some genius reason for the parking lot design, or if it was designed by an idiot who hates cars and people.
