They are very efficient however the food is too sweet to be considered healthy. The peanut butter has a ton of sugar. The chocolate chips have a ton of sugar and then they’re seem to be a thick layer of honey on top of all that. I wonder how many milligrams of sugar are in one meal. It’s more like a dessert place than somewhere where you can supplement your meals.

Tastiest smoothie bowl I’ve had. So flavorful, such good portions. The fresh fruit was very good quality. One recommendation, get the bigger size, you won’t regret it. The staff was so friendly too! Great prices!!

I love this place so much! I appreciate that it is a local place where they sell real, nutritious and delicious food! They have all kinds of sandwiches, smoothies and smoothie bowls. The bowls are full of so many amazing toppings! I also appreciate that they have a loyalty program. I want this place to stay forever!

Vegetarian options: The tomato soup was to die for! There are plenty of protein add-ons for smoothie bowls and the sandwiches are made to your order...
