The Flower Shop Winery & Pizzeria

My husband and I have been loyal customers at this restaurant for quite some time and have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, our last two experiences have been disappointing. Most recently, after waiting about 30 minutes for a to-go order, our food was brought out — but it was incorrect. Instead of simply apologizing and offering to correct the mistake, the cashier chose to argue with me, essentially implying that the error was my fault — despite the fact that she had repeated the order back to me correctly when I placed it.I completely understand that mistakes happen — we’re all human. However, blaming the customer instead of taking responsibility reflects extremely poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. It’s disappointing to see this shift, especially from a place we’ve enjoyed and supported for so long.

Absolutely divine pizza (there would be a pic, but I inhaled the pickle pizza). My favorite wines. Kind and patient staff. Beautiful patio. I'll be back 🖤 and encourage all to give them a go!

Great place to hang out especially if you go on a night where they have live music

Excellent service. Lady at the front was so sweet and even showed us the patio.

This was a very great experience!! They really explain everything to us.. The food is great and they have the wine testing or if you know what you like, you can have that as well..

I attended an adult book fair hosted at the Flower Shop Winery last night. We waited in line for about an hour and then waited about an hour for the food. As my friend described it, it was the funnest 2 hours I’ve ever waited. The winery handled everything gracefully! The bartender was so kind and patient. When it hit 8PM (the winery closes at 9), she told everyone in line not to worry that they would stay open late to accommodate everyone. Everyone in the kitchen was hustling and our pizza was amazing. It was such a fun event to attend and I will definitely be back!

Had a great experience at Flower Shop Pizzeria this evening. Service was friendly and prompt. Pizza was delicious! Everything was so clean and as we left, the general manager offered us complimentary gelato, which was amazing! We will be back, for sure!

Staff on the other hand is difficult.

Tried to pay our tab with a different card than was started with. Pregnant girl behind counter couldn't tear herself away from a personal conversation and ran it on the wrong card. When my wife tried to have it fixed she couldn't have cared less and went back to her conversation

This pizza is HORRIBLE! Very chewy dough, the toppings slide right off. This place is doing pizza the wrong way and the wine tastes like cough syrup. Sierra is extremely kind and helpful despite the unfortunate things going on in that kitchen.

This place is great! I love the outdoor area, it's so nice and family friendly. We got the rosemary cheese bread & the dreamland pizza. They were both amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Their pizza is the BEST in Oklahoma. The wine slushies are so delicious. If you’re looking for a reason to come to Chickasha this is it!

Dough raw. All the topping just slid off the pizza. Ended up making a freezer pizza instead. Very disappointing.

This is a must stop in. The food is great. Wine is made here in Oklhoma and by the way was great. The hospitality is even better. The guy( we will call him Salt and pepper, his joke) that helped us was a blast to talk with. This was our first but definitely not our last visit
