One way you can improve this location, is to get new managers, or just tear the building down and make it a parking lot. Good Lord, this place is terrible. be employees didn't even care when I took the food back to the counter. they didn't offer an apology or a refund, nor did they show any care at all. Dave Thomas must be rolling over in his grave.

Order a burger and had it customized, no ketchup! I guess the cook can’t read an order. They put ketchup on it. I paid for extra frosting on my Cinnabon and they did put it in my order. So I was already having a bad day with back pain and then get home with a 20 order and it’s wrong made my day worse. I guess workers don’t care about customer service.

I was at this Wendy's location about 12:30PM today... I was SOOOO impressed with the service I received! There was a customer ahead of me in line that was so mean and rude to one employee that he made her cry. I think it was the manager, totally took control of the situation. He was the nicest guy I have encountered at a fast food restaurant in a long time. The place was slammed busy and he was hustling and taking care of everything with a huge smile on his face!

Drove through an hour before they closed. Our burgers were super dry, they didn't get the standard toppings right and fries were cold. I was the only one in line and had to wait for my food so I figured we'll atleast it will be fresh. I figured wrong.
