I been eating lunch for over 10 days at the South El Reno Wendy’s location. Because I am a 100% disabled Veteran and I have a tax exempt card that shows I am tax exempt from Ok Sales tax, I have always been given a 10% discount as a veteran and sales tax was waived after I would present my Ok tax exempt card which the employee would enter the number on my tax exempt card. Today the employees refused to remove the tax because they had given me a discount as a Veteran and said that I couldn’t be given two discounts. I explained that the tax exemption was not a discount but a tax exemption. They disagreed, I requested a refund and left. Someone needs to educate the employees at this location that a sales tax exemption is not a discount. Until I am notified that has happened, I will not return and will tell other 100% disabled veterans the same thing.

If you want a square non frozen juicy burger, then you have found the right place. Wendy's, it makes their burgers different than other burger joints. But be warned, I do not order kids burgers. Such as the junior cheeseburgers, because you will not heavy with the size of the meat after it's cooked down! My suggestion is you stay with the higher end sandwiches that they have.

One way you can improve this location, is to get new managers, or just tear the building down and make it a parking lot. Good Lord, this place is terrible. be employees didn't even care when I took the food back to the counter. they didn't offer an apology or a refund, nor did they show any care at all. Dave Thomas must be rolling over in his grave.
NOPE! Can't even make a simple PLAIN&DRY chicken sandwich! Even having to wait on them to fry the chicken! And of course they ain't going to answer their PHONE! THEY KNOW THEY FLAT OUT DID ORDER WRONG! Have to add a star to even post how terrible this was smh!!

Order a burger and had it customized, no ketchup! I guess the cook can’t read an order. They put ketchup on it. I paid for extra frosting on my Cinnabon and they did put it in my order. So I was already having a bad day with back pain and then get home with a 20 order and it’s wrong made my day worse. I guess workers don’t care about customer service.
