Very disappointed in my online order at this location. I ordered the protein pack with a large side of fries and I didn't get my veggie sticks and the fries turned out to be a small instead of large. Also when I came to pickup my order 3 guys were standing there talking instead of immediately coming to help. Very disappointed in the service at the Yukon location.

I placed my order for delivery and was told it would be at my door around 6:45-6:59. I didn’t get my order until 7:50! My order was placed at 6:25 so i had to wait over an hour for my food. By the time I got it my food was cold. There was no contact from the store letting me know it would be late. My doordash guy was great though! I will not be ordering from this location again. Just a waste of money and my time.

Ordered my meal online but when I got in my car it wouldn't start which is not their fault but I tried calling to cancel my order and I was on hold for over 25 minutes trying to cancel my order. Nobody ended up answering and nobody tried calling me to see if I was going to pick my order up..

Well, when I walked in half the staff was in the back sitting, 4-5 customers were waiting, there were online orders building up but still 30 minutes later... and order still not ready; they just weren't very willing to be helpful. Wingstop has good food but needs better customer service. I worked in the restaurant service industry for over 35 years so bad service is not good. Sorry, maybe try harder.

Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.

Was there last night witnessed a kid dropped the chicken on the floor and another kid picked it up and threw it in the sauce bowls this is a hazard to the community of Yukon. It’s something needs to be done about this. I called them and asked for a manager and the manager hung up on me so I proceeded to go up there and talk to the manager. He’s a young kid as well and don’t think they Understand the danger that they’re putting in a community in
Ordered DoorDash but regardless, the bag came sealed. So WingStop failed to include a large cheese fry and a large fry, along with the pickle on the chicken sandwich. How does that happen? Read the order, but the food in the bag. Make sure it’s all in there before sealing the bag. Easy right? Guess not. No wonder your reviews are a 2!! Get your shiz together.

The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight

Imagine ordering 50$ worth of wings in a family meal. Being hungry, just finishing up errands, and it being New Year's Eve.
You pay your money wait the time and receive you order. It's packaged nicely and sealed tight like it is all there.
You get home to ready to enjoy your meal and realize they only gave you enough fries for one person. So, you give the fries to your kid and do without, after spending more and getting less.
This is the experience. A single side of fries for 30 wings. Thank you Wingstop!
