Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.
I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!
I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.
Wing Stop is always a great choice! Huge shoutout to Amanda, David, Jaden, and Braden for being absolutely awesome - always serving up great food with even better energy. Their smiles are contagious and their service is on point! And we can’t forget Kris - he’s moved on now, but his awesome attitude still lives on. If you are craving wings, this is the spot!!

Atomic wings hot 🔥 & delicious.
I’ve been to this location a few times and tonight was just the worse. I placed an order online and noted for my wings to be made well one. I’ve ordered them well done before and they still don’t get made right so i called. No one answered so i decided to just go tell them in person. I tell the cashier i rabbit my wings extra extra crispy. I waited 45 mins the wings come out wrong i ask for it to be corrected. He takes them and they are supposed to cook them longer i wait all for them to come out the same. I did send a email to corporate as i feel there were other things that need to be addressed. It’s Saturdays yes it’s busy but there were people me being one who walked in and no one even greeted them for at least 5 mins.

Honestly I love Wingstop. But this specific location is so bad. Makes me sad there isn’t a closer one. Every single time I order from here the wait time is never what the app says. We even preemptively go later for pick up and it is still not done. Never coming to this Wingstop again and truly neither should you.

The garlic Parmesan suck… at least Buffalo Wild Wings as some taste of garlic and heat… yours have absolutely no flavor!!! Fries are better than Buffalo Wild Wings.
I stopped by this Wingstop location today around noon to pick up an order, and what I witnessed was really disappointing. While I was waiting (which I was told would be about 20–25 minutes which is totally fine), I overheard what seemed to be a manager speaking very rudely to a new employee. He abruptly told her there was “no use” for her and that she needed to clock out and go home. She appeared to still be in training and trying her best, so watching him speak to her like that in front of customers was shocking and honestly uncalled for.
Even after she clocked out, he continued complaining about her to another employee, all while she was still sitting nearby. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness as a customer. He later tried to backtrack by saying she was “just going on break” and could clock back in later, but the damage was already done.
On top of that, there were other loud and inappropriate conversations happening in the back, which made the atmosphere feel even more chaotic. I ended up leaving before even getting my order because I was so disgusted by how that employee was treated.
To be honest, the food here is hit or miss anyway often overcooked and dry. I’ve given this location several chances, but the quality and now the customer experience just don’t make it worth coming back. I really hope the management improves, for the sake of both the employees and the customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Missing food, missing dip , won't answer the phone, won't correct the order. $60+ for 3 items and they short the order
They cancelled my order after waiting for it for over 45 minutes I placed it at 11:15 they closed at 1am per Google but the store manager stated that since it was now within 15 minutes of close they would give me a refund. The manager is grossly incompentant since I ordered almost an HOUR before close. He stated they just did not WANT to drop anymore food. He could have just told me that at the beginning it’s a waste of everyone time.
Listen to reviews and do not order from this location. They do not check bags and leave something out every single time. Tonight we paid for EXTRA ranch and door dashed it. We get the food… NO ranch at all . My fault I have given this location many chances but management is to blame. I called to let them know that yet again they have left something important out, I was told that the manager said she was certain she put it in there. WTH? Why would I lie about ranch?! Do better. It’s not that hard to double check bags in order to have better service and reviews. Why not do better and change that if it’s obviously a problem? They have left our sandwiches once and strips another time. If I owned this location and saw these reviews I would seriously consider changing management or you will lose lots of business.
We will not give this location another dime.
