I went there and I was greeted by Cayden he was great and nice and kind and respectful and made a Beautiful smashed donut!!!

Came by Yonuts the other day and Cayden helped me out. Super nice dude, great attitude, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he actually cares about customers. Definitely someone who deserves a raise.

This business has gone down hill! My wife and I use to come in because of how friendly and welcoming they would make you feel, but here lately we go in and we get NO hello no welcome in nobody says anything. We would place our order they would ask for a name and call out for the name after the order but that would be the only few words they say. They need to bing back the friendliness they had when they first opened and make people feel welcome again.

Environment is not as friendly as it used to be when it first opened.
All the staff were not enthusiastic or friendly.
Just quiet and awkward. No smiles or small talk just there to get a paycheck.

Went in tonight on a whim.

The simply smashed donut with cinnamon sugar was just awful. You could not taste the ice cream flavor at all.

I also got a cookie butter milkshake and much to my horror it came with another full sized donut. It went into the trash

The milkshake was okay. However $19 after tip for two items is absurd for it to end up being awful.

Also it’s very awkward to hear the staff talking about how one of them need to lay off the cheese and dairy while telling her to hurry in in the bathroom because she is taking to long. The banter back and forth made the whole experience worse so we left in a hurry.

Always great service and great product. But for some reason I’m unable to earn points. There’s no option for scanning at the register, or adding th receipt to the app later. And the cashiers don’t know how to add phone numbers to orders. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve tried to come in and get points.

Delicious shakes. The donut on it had odd tasting breading. So, I tossed that donut out. Otherwise, really good yet pricey.

We visited today around 4 with our kids, the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and quick and got our shakes to us quickly. Had a clean store front, and cleanliness behind the counter was much appreciated.

Went in on 08/26/25. Chris was our server. Donuts were good and fresh.
Next time we'll just get the smash shake because you get a shake and a few little donuts for the same price as a regular donut.
They had games on most tables to enjoy while dining which was awesome! Gave us a moment to unplug from our devices and spend quality time together. Played a game of Uno while we were there.

It was a nice little show to get a sweet dessert. Donuts with ice cream or a smashed milkshake. We order 4 mini donuts and a Hella Nutella smashed milkshake. Great service. Quiet atmosphere. Family friend games on tables.

Friendly? Nah didn't experience that. The WOW factor wasn't there. Wasn't impressed with the aspect of the product it was just okay. The gals were extremely slow the one gal did not know how to apply tax exempt what so ever. The other gal seemed rude no friendliness what so ever. This was our first visit since the business opened and I DO NOT SEE what the big deal is about! Would I spend money and time to go back NO I don't think so. Waste of time and money
