I honestly can't believe that people are giving this place 4 or 5 stars.......this is the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten in my entire life.it was tasteless They chicken chow mean looked like the bean sprouts were brown and the chicken in it tasted weird like is this real chicken. I will never order food from here again!

A big shout out to all the team at Double Happiness Acton. They consistently deliver great food, quick service and a “we’re glad to see you” welcome when you walk in the door. A lot of takeout food businesses could learn a few things from the consistent excellence of Double Happiness. Xiexie.

Called and place my order. The person said the food would be ready in 15 mins. My husband went about 20 mins later and waited over an hour for the food. When I called they had our order under a different number and was for a delivery. NEVER AGAIN.

Here for the great food and prices. The wait is short the portions are generous.

We just wanted a quiet place for a light lunch. We've lived in Acton for 17 years but hadn't eaten here. Well, we'll be back when we want somewhere low-key with good food.

The owner, Ruby, was a sweetheart.

When you see so many business close here in Acton, you think if they've withstood the test of time, they must be doing something right.

We just split an order of house fried rice. It was perfect and I look forward to trying more adventurous things off their menu.

The chef was also friendly to us.

Portion sizes were huge at this place! However the fried rice was a little bland and could use some work.

The store operates as take-out only. The owners will be very happy if you speak Chinese!

We have been going here for 18 years and ALWAYS is good
We have tired many Chinese restaurants and even went to China town to find good Chinese food this place beats them all .
You have to try their chicken balls ,they are huge
Try the breaded chicken wings ,amazing
CHICKEN Chow mein is our favorite
Spring rolls and their beef fried rice amazing as well
Love the family that owns the place , she always remembers us.

Love this place. Only order about 2-3 time a year and it's always great. Not really a dine in place but you can. The serving size is huge and very well priced. If we order out from Guelph, we always compare it to Double Happiness. Hands down Double always wins!!
