This is the first time I’ve been able to say ‘my order was perfect’ tonight, so I felt I needed to share this. The right drink, sauce in the bag, napkins, straw, sandwich was neat and perfectly made (the sauce is normally half in the box), even the perfect amount of fries to top it all off. As a former crew trainer, Im impressed with the staff tonight!

Absolutely brutal experience more often than not. In 8 out of 10 visits to this location you can expect to be asked to “pull around” and wait for your order because they’re waiting on “fresh fries”, all while young workers horse around at the cash window. The accuracy of what you ordered is also not good. We’ve had to get in the habit of opening up the sandwiches while on premise because of the discrepancies that occur with the order. If there was another fast food burger joint in Acton we would never go back. And by the way McDonald’s, the free soft serve cone coupons DO NOT cut it!

Came here to try the Big Arch. Have to admit, for a McDonald's I was amazed. The place was clean, service was quick, burger was amazing, music was pumping on the outdoor patio. Who knew a McDicks could be this good? Highly recommend this place in the middle of nowhere Acton!! Will be stopping by again the next time we are through here.

Terrible experience an food. Had yo rebuild my burgers. An go inside to ask for the bacon I paid for. Also find it ridiculous to charge 39 cents per burger if I ask to add light mayo. Looks like I'll be getting the packets. ??

Most times I have good service here but this time I did not. I asked for a green tea and asked for a peppermint bag also. I was charged more than a $1 for the extra teabag instead of charging me for an extra large tea, which includes two tea bags. Manager at the time smiled but had no solution to keep the customer, ME, happy. Disappointed

I can only use one word to describe the burger, it would be sloppy. The moment you pick up the burger that everything underneath the buns are fallen down. FYI french fries aren't fresh, especially it taste cold. Also, not just cold and salty.

The Acton branch of McDonalds always missed something out of my orders probably because they "served" your number before the order is actually ready - so please check your orders.
Sometimes they missed sauces or burgers.
Last week they've missed my collectable glass.
Other than that, nice folks and consistent standard across other mac's.

After getting my bill waiting for my order I noticed the woman still screwed up half the order…
