One of the better McDonald’s you’ll find in the gta, always seems to be made better than other locations and not just smashed together. Rarely eat McDonald’s, but if I do this is a spot I trust.

McDonald’s in Acton, happy meal with a grilled cheese burnt and rock hard I’m very happy this didn’t go to a child because this would have chipped a tooth with how hard it is. I worked at McDonald’s for 3 years I understand that it can be crazy but never did anyone serve something like this. This is a real concern it wouldn’t even come out of the bag it is hard as a rock. Negligence at its finest.

There was a sticker inside my wrap would not refund or replace the wrap, offered a medium fries which does not cover the cost of the wrap. Ordered two apple pies drove home to only find out they were missing. They were not very sympathetic to their careless and irresponsible mistakes. Very argumentative

Only one in lineup and had to wait about 5 min. 11:20 am. Didn’t get a receipt. I asked if fries were hot as last ones I had were not. She stuck her finger in and said yes. They were not. The chicken burger was like rubber. There were a lot of staff just standing around. This place has really gone downhill.

Every time we get McDonald’s at this location something is missing or our food/ presentation is sloppy. We got a quarter pounder today a huge piece from the top bun was missing. Have some pride… I understand it’s fast food, but for a family of 4 it isn’t exactly cheap anymore. It’s almost $50.00 for my family. We should be getting what we are paying for. At this location that is not the case.

Slowest Mcdonalds likely in the country. 2nd time in a row my order took well over 20 minutes to fill. Get home and its cold and incorrect. Never going back and I recommend you drive to the next city over if you want McDonald's

This location on weekends is brutal. Employee on cash didn’t understand what I asked for. The meal arrived as requested but I said twice it was to eat in. I paid then asked for the number to take to the table . I got a # but she didn’t enter it on my order, subsequently I received the order in a bag. This happened a few times. Reorientation is definitely needed !
By far the worst experience. Girl couldn’t understand most of what I was saying/asking. Absolutely brutal and embarrassing. Missed stuff on my order, charged for what should be included. Don’t know if I should come back to this one again. Why hire someone to be at the till in the front that can’t understand you??

food was just thrown together. even if it’s fast food i still paid money for it… spent $35 and was not satisfied with the food at all! paid extra for a large fry and got a small… and it was stale.

Since the last owner left, service is terrible. Nothing is ever ready, I always have to park around the side and wait, even for basic stuff like fries. Overpriced and poor value, I'm going to A&W from now on.

Many European and other countries have vegan and vegetarian options. McD finally has a full time vegetarian option after a long time (cheese pizza was the last one).
Luckily you can omit the mayo to make it vegan. Without mayo the burger was very dry with only lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The burger was bland and lacked the flavour we were expecting. No options for mustard, ketchup, pickles or relish. Added ketchup but didn’t help much. The fries were good.
An extra star for McD for at least giving one veg option
