I was at Mr. Sub today September 3rd 2025 ordered a veggie sub. Ordered a assorted sub. The bread was stale. Tomatoes were soggy sub-sauce didn't taste like sub sauce. Horrible experience. Will never go back again. Mr. Sub in Acton is poorly runed

Go to subway in this town if you want anything grilled. They refuse to turn the grilling machine up enough to do any sort of heating or grilling. You end up with a mushy pile of slop every time. On the other hand the girl behind the counter was very nice. The bread may aswell be cardboard.

I ordered a seafood sub they put not even enough Seafood on it for half of a 6-inch sub when I complained I was told that's all they could put on it one scoop of meat and I was small ice cream cream scooper

I went to the Acton Mr Sub and almost instantly turned around and left for the 2nd time in 3 years. I went here 3 years ago. and was disgusted by the filth in and around the food. My skin was crawling because of the flies landing on the cold cuts. The glass counter must not have been wiped down in months as it was filthy. I decided to give it another try yesterday and I was gagging. I had a very long day and I was looking forward to a delicious sub. Imagine my surprise when I saw that absolutely nothing had been done and it was worse than before I was grossed out and left right away. I will be sending this
I wouldn't suggest ordering with this place through DoorDash as they cannot follow the directions properly. My sandwich arrived without the main ingredient, literally the title of the sandwich. Tried to call to work something out with no response. Disappointed.

Stupidly I went back after a 2 year lapse. Service was horrible, server was rude. Server took off his gloves, handled cash, put gloves back on, without washing hands, they put their 5 cent gloves back on. Food garbage, lettuce brown and close to rotting. This place needs a health inspector visit.

Went in on Friday night at 8:55 to pick up some subs for dinner. Greeted by a staff member saying that they close at 9:30 although google says 10. Then went to get our subs made only to be told her ovens are off and toppings thrown on, worst service. Worst 40 dollars spent on dinner. Won't go to this location again.

Whoohoo if your Indian you dine for free...5 stars. Otherwise you pay for poor service and questionable quality. The gentleman ordering ahead of me was Indian, he paid with a smile, a gesture. My service was transactional and I paid full for day old buns, toppings.. full price. Will never go back...ever!
