I ordered Pete's Signature Platter online for pickup later in the day. (From their catering menu). Staff answered all my questions when I called. When I went to pick up they gave me cookies. How nice is that? They even offered to carry it out to my car. Pitas were fresh, delicious and a hit at our gathering!

Portions are absolutely atrocious for what your paying. Not only are the wraps smaller then the competitors but the bowls have hardly any actual protein in them. Use to love pita pit but will refrain from coming here again in the future unless they do a serious revamp to either their pricing or their portions. You know it's bad when you make subway look like the tastier, fresher and healthier option all for an actual fair price for what you're getting.

When I went in to grab a pita for my son (using the children’s pita meal deal) I was questioned on if I actually had a kid. the man working asked for a picture for proof. He was evidently frustrated with having to give me this deal as he asked me to bring in my child if I want to get this deal. As a young mom I am very disappointed in the way I was treated today. That man should get a warning for his poor behaviour and how he treats customers. I’m not sure is name but he was brown skin eyes and hair, also had glasses.
This place used to be good but its gone downhill. EVERY TIME I order a pita its dripping of sauce so much so that the bread is all soggy and It falls right apart. I can't even eat it like a regular wrap should be eaten. Who puts THAT much sauce and it happens every time I order one. Incredibly frustrating. I'm done = I am no longer going to this location. Sad.
