Takes way too long to get food. I called the store as it was almost 10 mins past the latest time they said delivery would be. I was told driver takes multiple orders when he delivers. This resulted in cold pizza. My wing container was also mangled. Don’t think I will be ordering from here anymore. 5.50 for delivery is just outrageous when your order is out driving around for god knows how long.

***Delivery didn't show up! Pizza was great other times when it actually showed up! Last Wednesday July 23/2025 I ordered the special of the day, medium Canadian with 8 boneless chicken bites with hot honey sauce. I placed the order online at 9:33 according to my email confirmation. Order #362568648 I paid a 20% to on top of the automatic 10% tip. Totaling $35.04. I waited until 11:00pm when I realized for sure that I was going to bed hungry. Since the store was closed by then I had to wait until the next day to call them. I called them after work and they said I would have to call them back the next day. They also weren't concerned in any way about any details like the order number etc. Even though I tried to give them! I called them the next day and they said I'll have to call them on Monday! This is getting rediculous! I want my money back for the service that was not provided. Don't ever pay for your food until it is at your house!

Pizza did not have much cheese, I order from this location frequently and this is the 2nd time in the past month or 2 that the pizza has been bad, train your staff how to make it properly. I was in Sunday June 22/25 , same guy as last time was there when the pizza was made badly… train him
Extremely expensive for pizza but the stuffed crust is always good - greasy, but good. Just be prepared to be on the shitter for a while. The pan pizza and cheesy pull apart buns always makes me extremely sick so I avoid those. Unfortunately when they opened up in Acton they did not hire locally in the community (not good). Bring back the Big Dipper!

Currently inside seeing my pizza sit at the end of the oven while being ignored. Employee is standing 2 feet from the oven on their phone taking pictures of another pizza. 5 pizzas currently sit waiting to be removed from the oven. Multiple customers in the store.
