The place smelled, the food tasted like it had gone bad, and the lady working there must have been on drugs, because she kept getting confused who was ordering between my brother and I. She would ask my brother what he wanted, then would ask me for the toppings, as if it was a game.
Quesada was already on thin ice with us because of past experiences at other locations. Now we know to stay away from the company altogether.

Hi. I just thought I'd send you a note and let you know that everything was great on Saturday. The service at the Acton location was exceptional and the burritos were delicious as always . The order was ready and correct. This is the second time I have ordered platers, and both times I was very happy. I will definitely be back!

Today we had a “build your own taco” day at work and the staff at Quesada was just amazing! They delivered on time, set everything up, refused any help and also offered to bring more toppings and meat if we ran out!! The food was great and the customers service was second to none! Thank you again from all of us at Doman Building Materials for a great lunch and a very successful Taco Tuesday!! ?

Wow what an amazing team! I online ordered right at open and they called me immediately to say they had a problem with their oven/stove and it would be about 30 minutes. I showed up at the 30 min mark and it still wasn’t ready. They were so apologetic and even asked if I was in a rush. My meal was ready not long after and after many apologizes! It was delicious as always but the service was incredible. Great team.

My absolute favourite spot to get a Mexican food. I come here often to grab a burrito and it is made extremely well every time. The staff are also very nice and consistent with their work as I have never received a bad burrito. Out of all the Quesada locations, this one is hands down the best. I recommend.

We are new to Acton and got recommendations from our friends for this place. And our friends were right, we had this amazing food delivered to us for our house warming party. We ordered burrito platter along with Chips platter and got guac complimentary, thanks to the friendly staff. For sure we will be having burritos and tacos often at this place. Loved it ! Highly recommended.

We have come here 3 times in the span of 4 months and I must say I am so impressed with the customer service. Each time I have returned they remember me and say hello and ask if I want the same extremely spicy burrito for my husband. They are extraordinarily friendly, they chat and have a great sense of humor (both of which are lacking in most of all customer service places). Customer service here is exceptional which is so hard to find. They are always spot on with the food. My husband keeps claiming FINALLY somewhere who gets hot spice. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much for the great service.
