We had a very pleasant experience dining at this place. My son was here 2 months ago with his friends and liked the food. And we were not in the least disappointed! Sam, who served us was very kind, friendly and attentive. And the food was fresh and delicious. She checked on us and the other guests often, none had to wait for any additional service, was always coming to refill coffee, taking orders and making sure everything is good. A big thank you to Sam, and to the chef too! Will be visiting again soon!

When I went into Rallis for the first time I was very surprised by how fast the food came out as well as the fact that they serve large portions and for the price you cannot beat it not to mention the staff are always friendly and attentive it feels like you’re eating breakfast lunch or dinner at a true old school diner great quality ingredients cooked well !

Went in on a weekday mid day, It wasn't busy but there were a few guests already, one server who was good with her timing all things considering, she at least acknowledged us when we walked in. Our drink and food orders were taken within a good time frame, good didn't take too long, unfortunately, the fires were cold, the "steak" was a cheap processed deli meat, the bun was nice and nicely toasted, the "poutine" had no curds, it was shredded mozzarella, poutine should be and is, gravy, curds and fries, should be a crime in this country otherwise haha. The sandwich was okay but nowhere near the price for its quality.
And once again over cooked dry chicken, fewer fries & chicken fingers than i usually receive. Not great again. No lid on the coleslaw so the liquidy coleslaw spilled all over the rest of the food making it gross. This place is really going downhill fast. We really need a decent restaurant that is not pizza or subs.

We have been coming to Rallis Family Restaurant for the last 3 years and we have had nothing but great food, great service and such a friendly environment. The owner is always friendly and passionate about quality and service. Prices are very low and portions are large.
