This is long time overdue for a place that knows exactly what I want before I even ask! Their Bacon Poutine keeps me coming back. I've had so many different poutines & no one makes it like this place! It's the only poutine that doesn't mess up my stomach or leave me bloated. I don't knownif its the gravy or the fries but iys definitely something. I've had their wraps & burgers too & it's always, ALWAYS filled with flavor, juice and all the right fixings. Keep doin what your doing please!

I find this place to be amazing. I love that it has an old school vibe.It doesn't matter what server is there, because they're all polite.I usually have breakfast but the family loves the hot hamburgers.Thanks again for the great customer service.

I've been a customer for many years but have noticed the quality and quantity getting lower over the years. When I called to correct a messed up order, the girl didn't care and hung up on me mid sentence. I was calm, understanding and polite, but she couldn't be bothered. When I talked to the owner, he was very dismissive. He basically accused me of lying as well (I have a picture to prove the mistake). The way my concern was handled (rather wasn't handled) was very disappointing. It seems this place doesn't care to communicate with customers. They don't seem to care if they lose then either. I won't be ordering again Edited to add, I have had a few issues over the years that I've let go. The girls taking the orders are normally very short with you, rush you through taking the order too. We've ordered burgers many times in the past with green peppers, last time we ordered the girl told us they don't put green peppers on burgers. It's just odd. If something is being requested (as long as it's reasonable) it should be accommodated. The owner is aware that his staff is rude, many people have brought this to his attention. He doesn't care.

My friends and stopped by after going for a hike in Rockwood. Thx to Google reviews. Glad we did.From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind and engaging. The food choices, wonderful. Our burgers were fresh and with real ingredients! Most definitely will be back when I am in the area. As well, prices were wonderful.We need spots like this to flourish in our communities!
