Butter chicken was greasy. Naan bread too much flour. Will not go back

Dined in, and had a great time. Very friendly service, told us how long food would be, chef came to ask about relative spiciness of dishes we had ordered and the food was superb. Most of their business is takeout, so there always seem to be tables available for dining in.

Very disappointing. We ordered the lunch special priced at $16.99 on the menu. When we went to pay, we were told that there was a price increase of $10/item, making it $26 for the special. Not special any more and too much for lunch. Won't be going back!
We were contacted by the owner who apologized for the error and corrected the mistake. Thank you for the quick resolution.

We bought 4 curries, bhaji, pakoras, and naan. The curries all had distinct flavours, generous portions. The food was very good. We always enjoy the food at the Clay Oven. We had take out this time, but the eat in restaurant looks like a lovely place to eat.

We placed a large order for Black Creek animal hospital with them, and they did not disappoint! The service was outstanding! Everyone we spoke with, was such a delight, and the food was very impressive! Definitely, don’t skip out on this location and give it a try! We will be back again. Thank you again so much.

Friendly service, food is great. They had a price increase and I found that the Vindaloo contained more potatoes and less meat than bvefore which cheapens the dish for me. I have eaten there many times before and I was never disappointed, this time I was.
The quality of the food is always steller.
This may have been a one-off night. I always gave 5 stars, this time 3.5 . I will update next time I visit.

Placed an order for pick up. The gentleman who served us was friendly. It was confusing when we ordered on the phone as we ordered rice and we were not told that our mains already came with rice as a side. Luckily, we were able to leave the extra rice behind.
We ordered the tikka masala which was delicious. Unfortunately the butter chicken was sweet and lacked in flavour. We also found that the naan bread had an odd texture and was chewy. I have given this place a 3 star rating. It was okay, but I am not sure I would go back.

Sent my daughter to pick up their Lunch Special. Butter chicken, naan and Chana masala, and veggie samosa. I am so glad I “forgot” to pack a lunch today! Butter chicken was excellent! Nice sweet flavour (although not spicy enough for my taste) and good portion size. The Chana masala was amazing - possible my new favourite dish. And the samosa - generous filling, nice flavour profile. I don’t even like peas and potatoes and I ended up stealing my daughter’s! Don’t let the thought of ‘spicy’ food scare you off! This place is all about flavour (heat is optional).
So we gave it a chance, 3 times, we had Chana masala ( slight deviation from the flavour we enjoyed) , chicken tikka pasanda ( never had this, it was very good) , aloo gobi ( no chunks of cauliflower this time, barely any potato, like mush ), and chicken biriani , a couple of the dishes were over powered by to much Cilantro. If you go to the KEG does the food taste different at each KEG , the answer is no! So from what we can see, the original owners had set dishes, that always tasted the same, you went there because your palate said yum , I want this! I'm confused as to why when someone buys a business....why would they ever make changes to the flavorsAnd put their own twist on what their patrons got used to? This is a recipe for failure, they should stick to the original owners recipes to the letter or risk losing repeat buyers, which we are. There is slight differences that our taste buds didn't like, right now we are not sure if we will chance it again. Maybe in a month or 2, we will update you then.
