They served us coffee and tea with spoiled milk, when I took it back the employee looked at me like I am the one in the wrong. She didn't even acknowledge their error never mind apologize for it. Very slow service as well

I went there at 5:15 pm on new years eve to get coffees because there sign and there app said they close and 6pm only to find the lazy kids who run the store decided to close at 5 pm and had refund everyone's mobile orders because the didn't turn of there app.

Asking to fix my coffee which they made wrong resulted with the manager yelling at me and accusing me of verbally abusing her...all I wanted was a coffee.

There are so many staff members here that make this Tim Hortons my favourite. Service through the drive-thru has always been quick and efficient while employees maintain professionalism and friendliness. Shout out to Paul and the other full-time ladies that work there!

**3.5 stars** This location is hit or miss, there are a few workers that are wonderful and then there are some that are lacking in the energy provided during the customer interactions. Overall very clean location and the drive thru is very quick. The drive thru path is tight as it shares the car wash drive way.

I had a very upsetting experience at your Tim Hortons location. I went in with a friend, carrying a Subway sandwich, and we purchased two Tim Hortons coffees to sit and enjoy. Suddenly, a staff member shouted at us loudly, saying “Hey, you can’t eat outside food here — if you want to eat Subway, go to Subway!”

The way she spoke was extremely rude and humiliating, especially because it was in front of other customers. There were about 10 people inside, and we were the only brown customers at that moment. It felt uncomfortable and even discriminatory, as she could have politely explained the policy instead of yelling.

We were so embarrassed that we left immediately and asked for a refund for our coffee.
I completely understand if there’s a policy about outside food — but no one deserves to be shouted at or disrespected like that.
Please ensure your staff are trained to speak respectfully to all customers, regardless of their background.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. She was very rude to me and The lady working there asked me to leave just because I brought my own food, and her behavior felt discriminatory. I truly hope the management becomes aware of this and provides proper training to prevent such racist behavior in the future.

Used to go nightly to get a coffee, recently the coffee cups, lids have a cat urine or litter scent to them, it is very aggressive, and displeasing, this has happened on my last 3 visits.

I asked for protein chai latte and lady gave me iced coffee , it was drive thru, when i started drinking after passing few lights than i realized she gave me wrong 😑 drink

This location needs to be moved!! From the front you would think to go around the right to find the drive thru like most tim hortons... NOPE its just a parking lot so of course i ended up stuck having to back up luckily there was a spot i backed into a went inside, where it was super crowded and loud inside, service was ok dispite how buisy it was they had alot of staff working. While i was inside my spouce waited by car and told me he saw 12 cars do what i did pulling into the parking lot expecting a drive thru to end up stuck backing out and of course someone else pulls in at aame time, so he saw many 10 point turns and just weird driving.... so this town needs a new location for this place !

Looks like I'm not the only one who had bad experience here
Firstly 1 Emplyeee put the wrong order with higher price one
Then I ask them it's wrong drink we didnt order
They they asking it's your
Then the make other drink which is also wrong
They just give drink but didn't check price difference with is more then double , the they call supervisor Maria supervisor with no sense of supervision if(with no sense of talking) they she refund the drinks again charging for wrong drinks which corrected her 3rd time
Then again she took our drink back rudly saying give them back,
Then 4th time she bring wrong drink
When I ask her to call manager she hide in back
I was approached by other employee but no manager
And I was asking for her but she didn't showed up
One employee said manager is not her but she didn't come as a supervisor
