Have been coming to Acton Tim Hortons for almost 20 years and was very surprised by this. I ordered about $16.00 worth of food and drinks and paid for it. As I have ordered a bottle of coke from here before and found it was not quite cold enough as I like it I ask for a cup of ice , they told me they had to charge me 10 cents… I was so disappointed after spending almost $16.00 less than a minute ago. I don’t carry money with me and would have been charged a fee to tap my card again I declined, and a minute later when they saw that I was eating in the restaurant they offered me ice in a mug. I politely declined and shook my head in disbelief. I don’t expect special treatment and I don’t care about the money but I was saddened by the situation. I know they donate millions and do many great things for the community I just tink they could do better about the one on one customer. Just sharing my thoughts.

Staff is always friendly and my order is always correct .
they don't even listen to what you order they have messed up my order the last 3 time. today I couldn't even eat it they put some kid of spicy sauce on it even tough I did not ask for any sauce so it was a great waste of 6 dollars. The quality of food is a joke. since renovating id steer clear of this place drive the extra and get acton or georgetown timmies

My family and I ordered our food and asked for a wrap with no tomato. Cashier read back the order to me and confirmed no tomato. When the girl making the wraps came to bring it to the front for us we asked if there was no tomato just to be sure, politely. And she responded with “no did you ask for no tomato??” With a great amount of attitude and when we told her yes we did she kinda scoffed rolled her eyes then tossed the wrap on the table. The worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I understand is busy and its frustrating having to do something over again maybe because a lack of communication. But that wasn’t our fault, and she needs to work on her customer service skills. I dont even care about the wrap. Its just simply disrespect i will not tolerate.

This place is nice to spend free time with. All the workers are nice, friendly, and works fast. Also has lots of variety of foods to choose from.
We came from out of town and the community members were super friendly. From the staff to the local community members, everyone was kind to us.
Food was the typical tims taste, nothing out of the ordinary. A great stop along the way in the town of Acton.
