Horrible place servixe sucked and my kid got a cheese burger and they didnt put the hamburger on the bun! Was legit 2 buns and cheese... not to mention as I was in line another gentleman had the same issue.. didnt think id have to check after they just had a complaint for that

Did a mobile order and noticed mine wasn’t on the screen. Tried to ask about it but kept being told to wait over to the side. Waited a bit and watched a few orders go and someone reach behind the counter and steal cups. Asked about my order again and it was behind the counter the whole time. So I left, when I noticed something was missing I tried to go back and ask about it but was ignored. Would avoid this location

I used to visit this outlet often. Today afternoon, I went to this place and ordered 2 cups of coffee. There were not many people near the cashier and it was not very busy. The staff were talking and playing among themselves. They were also not courteous towards me. They didn't wish or greet me. It was very poor customer service. I expect better service and professional behavior from the staff in the future.

I ordered a Mc Jr. Chicken combo with extreme hot black coffee. I requested for a cup holder as I saw other customers receiving one when they ordered two beverages. I didn't get one despite they seeing me carrying one bag with pillow and the food bag. On the way to the exit, the scorching hot coffee spilled over my hands and had to find a doctor soon because of the blistering later on.

I don't know if it's a communication problem that I should have explained I am careless with handfull of items even when it cautions hot.

So I got Uber eats delivered from this location a few days . I got 2 breakfast burritos, a hash brown and an egg McMuffin. The delivery was very fast like 10 -15 minutes. However the food was ice cold, the burritos were squashed and flat and the tortillas were stale. I was starving and and did not have the time or energy to complain so I ate it. Well after 4 hours I became violently ill throwing up and having severe diarrhea. This lasted for about a day. I missed a day's work and pay because of this. It was 100% this food that made me sick! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! How is it that they open at 7:00 AM I order my food at like 7:40 AM and get it at 7:55 AM and the food is ice cold and stale? Like did you guys give me day old food? So gross, I will never eat from McDonald's ever again regardless of the location!

It’s very dirty and the food is not very good. The chicken is very dry. The customer service is pretty good though and in some stores the pop is watered down, but not in the store. I go here with my friends because it’s convenient, but if there was any other stores we’d go to those.

Simply the best McDonald's in the GTA.

I usually come to this McDonald’s, but lately I’ve been really disappointed. The place was very dirty during my last visit — tables weren’t cleaned, the floor had trash, and the garbage bins were overflowing. It didn’t feel like the staff were paying attention to cleanliness at all. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the hygiene, because it used to be much better.

terrible service! we had very bad experience. in the morning no one help us. we waited for a long time. it seems no one care. for sure. they short of staffs. they need to improve their attitute.

I visited the McDonald’s inside Walmart when I was super hungry and ordered chicken nuggets with hot sauce and an Oreo McFlurry (so good, I ordered it twice!). The food really hit the spot, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a simple visit, but I had a great time thanks to the good vibes and quick service!
