This guy didn't even come to the window and addressed me. He was rude. Didn't even say Good night. I waited over 9 minutes at the window for someone to even address me. Or even, make me pay for my order. And I was the first one in line, after I pay I'm still waiting at the window for an extra 10 minutes. Maybe not 10, but it felt like. 10, but it was definitely more than 6 minutes. Either way, the service was terrible, wait time was terrible. My fries are very salty and they're not even fresh and I waited for so long. I don't understand what I was waiting so long for. ?

Burgers are pretty good, better than the McDonald's beside it that's for sure. The staff are friendly but unusually slow. I normally don't complain about wait times much but the wait times here can be very random and long. Still, good food if your willing to wait a bit

Drive thru experience about an hour ago lunch -havnt been to a&w for a long time now i know why - would give minus if i couldThe menu boards were still on breakfast and while placing the order lady said they had to be turned ! So came out and turned them at 1pmwe ordered she was snappy when speaking through the mikeGot to window staright away pointed the machine - didnt ask how i was paying when i said cash she said fine i thaught i didnt have enough cash so asked if i could pay rest on card i could tell she was getting annoyed no one was behind us waiting either - found some change so paid all by cash - she then ROLLED HER EYES and thaught i didnt seeOnce food was ready opened window and snappily gave the bagStaff is rude and had zero customer service !!!!!Got home tried the food - disgusting looked like they threw it together - onion rings falling apart - also oil needs to be changed u could taste how old it was with all the food we ordered it was gross !!!?change ur attitude and the way u talk to customers management needs to step in food quality control has to be doneI am upset enough to write this review and add pics waste on money

Wanted the special bacon and egger for $5 plus coffee wanted tea instead of coffee. Seems tea is to expensive to do that. Now I have heard everything.Tea is cheaper why so rigidYou lost a customer

Horrible night staff. Every time I come around 2-4 am for food, they have some excuse about grill not working, grill being cleaned, no beef burgers. I checked through the window to see if they were cleaning the grill, I see one employee sitting on the kitchen counter while talking to the other employees who’s standing there doing nothing. I never have this issue at any other a&w and I go there a lot.
