Service has been in a steady decline of late, but finally moved this location from a 'rarely' to a 'never.' Order 2 breakfast sandwiches on the app, only to be told they had 1 English muffin that wasn't frozen solid at 12.30 in the afternoon. To top it off, I ordered it with ketchup only to discover that, at least at this location, if you opt for ketchup on your breakfast sandwich, it comes with some assembly required. Cheaper and better to make it at home.
