Zero this place is worst the people the customer service they dont understand the difference between veg and non veg if the customer is pure veg these stupid people are giving then beef patty instead of that are they for real i have complained 10 times but they don’t change they doesn’t not care about it they are so stupid and unprofessional and should closed.

I wish I can give the Zero star to them. Their customer service is worst. I ordered two times from uber the peri peri potato burger and both time they give me beef burger. So irresponsible behaviour. When I called they just said its happened by mistake is it make any sense like two times they did same mistake. Even from uber I didn’t get full refund still I paid the taxes and delivery charges. In the result i didn’t got my food and i am still hungry jus because of them. They need improve their sense in food and learn the difference between beef and potatoes burger. worst service.
I went through thr drive through on my home one night and ordered 2 apple pies. As I was eating one of the pies I found 2 pieces of plastic in it. The plastic was about the size of my fingernail. I contacted A&W, sent pictures and a representative requested I drop the remainder of the pie and the plastic off so they could have it investigated. That was 2 months ago and I have not heard anything back. I reached out a month ago and was told they are investigating. Luckily I kept 1 pc of the plastic and part of the pie, which I told the representative before I dropped off the other piece. Now I will be taking it further as it's completely unacceptable to have larges pieces of plastic INSIDE the food rhey are selling. Be mindful of what you eat from A&W,.check your food first. The lack of care and attention to an issue such as this is absolutely unacceptable.

Would not recommend this A&W. Ordered at night and the food came out soggy and tasting like cleaning chemicals. I had to drive back to complain and get my money back, but the night manager argued with me and refused to give me a refund. I have worked at a&w before and would have never served such soggy, disgusting food like this location does. Save your money and go to a better location
