So my husband and I drove from Brampton to Ajax to eat at Applebee’s for our anniversary since it was always our favourite restaurant and the one in our area closed many years ago I have to start off,the quality of the food has definitely gone down over the years, the restaurant was dead. There was hardly anybody in the restaurant. It took over 35 minutes just to receive our meal. Drinks were subpar when the food did come my fries were cold and honestly, there’s no reason for that. The restaurant was dead and I ordered the oriental chicken wrap with absolutely no chicken in it. My husband got the special during Saturday night which was the bourbon, chicken and shrimps. It was overcooked and horrible i got my fries replaced which took an extra 15 minutes. It’s really sad that we probably never will be back. Something needs to be revamped with these restaurants that are left or they’re gonna all close as well

We had Leah as a bartender, this was my friend and I’s first time here and she was lovely!!!! She gave us suggestions and was so friendly! Provided great and quick service. We will be back because of her!!!

Wish our experience had been better. We ordered the 9 ounce triple AAA top sirloin Cajun style and the shrimp bowl Cajun style. I couldn’t cut through the Sinew in the steak. I don’t think it was a steak knife. The pieces of steak I did manage to cut off ..I couldn’t chew through the sinew. The flavour was OK, but I kept removing the steak and putting it on the side plate. The shrimp in the shrimp bowl was very small. I wouldn’t serve it myself at a dinner party. Needless to say, I wouldn’t order the steak nor the shrimp bowl ever again.

Went for birthday meal. Not impressed. Had chicken strips dry and really hard crust. Hubby had fish dry and only wanted 1 piece waitress brought 2 didn't listen when ordered. Menu mostly spicy food. No flavour to coleslaw. Won't go back! Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else!!!

The restaurant wasn't very busy, yet the service was slow. My daughter both had wings and fries. The wings were far from being hot ( temperature of the food) and the sauces were very bland. At least the fries were hot. I doubt ill be back.

The food was very delicious ! The reason for the rating was the lack of service. Our waitress was very kind but a big group came in and it was clear that they were struggling with the size.

The kids meal burger was so over cooked my son couldn't bite it. The rest of the food was really good though especially the brisket tacos. The server (Cheryl I think) was really nice and joked around with my uncle.
