The food was amazing, but the service really fell short. The hostess had an attitude when seating us, and our server disappeared, so the hostess ended up taking our order. She leaned over the table with her long nails and seemed visibly irritated the entire time, which made us uncomfortable. The food was great, but the service needs improvement.

We’ve been to this location and every time the food, atmosphere and service has been good.
What made it stand out for us; the last time we were there was a server named Leah.
Leah was extremely accommodating of my mother in laws allergies. Leah made sure they did not cross contaminate any of her food, that the correct food was there.
Leah was running all around the dining room filling orders and asking everyone if they were okay on food and drinks.
Ultimately our dining experience was done so well at the time of my wife’s birthday. I had no choice but to write this review.
Thank you Leah and Applebees for your exceptional service and making my family celebrations so enjoyable!

A friend and I came for lunch today and we were quite disappointed with our meals. We ordered the spinach dip which wasn’t that bad but the burger and chicken wrap had no flavour, it could have used some seasonings. Also our diet Pepsis were so flat. The service was nice just the food could use some improvement.

We had an awesome experience at Applebee’s thanks to our server, Rebecca. She went above and beyond for our family—especially with our two kids—and made the whole meal smooth and enjoyable. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.

Had dinner last night here and was really impressed. I believe they are under new management but glad Angela is still here as she is one of our favourites. She always provides suggestions and I went with her suggestion of cowboy burger. It was delicious! We will continue to be back and hope Angela will serve us! Keep up great food and service !

I had a great experience at Applebee’s.The atmosphere was warm, lively, and perfect. The staff Maria was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit and she made sure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed.
The food was delicious — The appetizers were my personal favourite and the portions were generous for the price. The drinks menu had plenty of options, and everything we tried was well-mixed and refreshing.
Overall, this is a great spot for good food, good vibes, and great service. Definitely worth visiting again!
