They have great lunch choices , our waitress Chelsea went above and beyond and we had great free coffee after a long walk in the cold , definitely will come back to have lunch/dinner. Nice atmosphere , clean and definitely friendly and caring staff! 😊

The meals weren't what we expected. Kids meal was good. Very over priced for the contents of our meals. (Besides the kids meal) Food was all very tasty though.

How horrible. Our second time at this Applebee’s location. Food was cold, no refills on drinks even though it’s pop and cups were empty and to top it off my food was burnt and cold? Worst server I have ever had at an Applebee’s restaurant. Our second time at this location and served by the same waitress Monika S. She passed blame off on others and is no where to be found when you need something. Seems that everyone else does the work for her. I will not be back for my free mozzarella sticks even though I am filling out the survey.

Parking: Great servers, very friendly and helpful. It's a big place with lots of booth options but still feels very cozy.

The Homestyle Chicken Bowl was delicious. Comfort in a bowl. The breading on the chicken was crispy and was nicely seasoned. The gravy was very tasty and the potatoes were perfectly mashed. A very nice combination.

Mold in food.
I recently visited the Applebee's in Ajax to celebrate our son's birthday. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the broccoli had mold on it. It was shocking and completely unacceptable.
The manager agreed that it was mold and they didn't check what their vendor supplied. Not even a proper apology from the manager; just took the plate and vanished to the back.
Finding mold certainly raises concerns about their food safety practices. Please have some common sense and some basic quality control.
We'll never go back.

I mean, I can't say much when I have about 3 options to eat here. Don't bother if you have any dietary restrictions. I'm a vegetarian and i just had to deal with going hungry. Also all of their "gluten free" options are just a lie because they cross contaminate with their fryers (which they do state on their menu). I couldn't even just make a meal out of appetizers because appetizers cost a whole meal. I guess if you have no restrictions then have fun!
Vegetarian options: I think there were about 6 options that consist entirely of salads and apps. Don't bother.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are a LIE!! They openly state that they cross contaminate

We ordered 2 kids meals and the shared platter. The appetizer and kids meals came. Kids finished their food and our platters never came. We waited 35 min and then our waitress asked if everything was ok. We then waited an additional 15 min and still nothing. When I approached the bartender to pay for our order minus the adult meals she gave me an attitude and said she was getting the manager. Manager had no explanation for anything and offered to comp the entire meal. We were NOT about to eat anything else there. I've worked in the industry and I'm not about to have my food spat in. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! WE'RE NEVER GOING BACK!!! No wonder it's got 3 stars.

Good place to eat..Great service, however there was a special deal but with a catch. To get the deal OF THE DAY, you had to come back again and retrieve it next visit. I live almost two hours from this restaurant so their offer was useless, and made no sense. Many travelers pass through the city and this would never inspire me to go back, whatsoever..
