You never know who is coming into your store to make a visit....
Tip: When customers come in greet them with a simple "hi." Don't just stay there and look at them like they have two heads and don't acknowledge or greet. I'm coming into your store and doing you a favour by making a purchase and I should not have to be the one to speak first or ask for something. A simple "hello" sets the tone for a good customer service experience.

Great food and service, and for you spice lovers out there, the hot sauce is actually VERY hot. Nothing bothers me more than ordering something spicy and it tastes like ketchup. This place delivers the spice. 🔥

Wow not sure what happened but pretty sure I wasnt spoken to not even once during my visit. Not even a hello or even anything after I said thank you so much. Really truly felt unwanted in the store. Very confused why you dont want my business ?

Fodd is tasty but I just got really unlucky with the service. The young lady who made my food must have been severely stoned as she seemed to be moving in slow motion. Inserts of ingredients were nearly empty yet she would still be trying to pick out one leaf of cilantro at a time. When I asked for more, she gave me multiple entire stems of wilted cilantro. This has been one of my most frustrating service experiences, save your nerves and order somewhere else.

Honestly the best burrito bowl and tacos I’ve ever had!! Everything is so fresh!! I swear they are taking all my money - I just wanna keep eating from there! 10/10 would recommend to everyone ! The bang bang shrimp burrito bowl is my fav!

My husband came into this location (westney heights plaza) and was ordering a kids meal for our daughter. He was told that it was for 12 and under to which he replied it’s for his kid. The person then said that the kid had to be there. He then called me and just asked me to double check that she still wanted the tacos because he was embarrassed.
Just a heads up with those who have kids, make sure your kid is with you when ordering a kids meal so you’re not treated like a child yourself and or embarrassed by the employees there. When this location first opened, it was great and welcoming. Now it’s as if you’re begging for service and food (even though you’re a paying customer)

Food quality was not on par with places like burrito boyz. Male asian worker there is very sarcastic and condescending to customers. I can tell he doesn't want to be there. Try this place at your own risk.

Everything here is great. The food quality is the best I have had. But, you don't get what you pay for. When I pay upwards of $16 for a large burrito, I should be getting WAY more than what they give. There is still much more space to fill out in the large tortilla. Happy with everything else, except for the quantity of food put inside the burritos.

Rude staff. If you are closing before 11pm, please mention on the sign as well as google. Reached at 10.45 but was denied anything because apparently they were closed and shoved us off while pretending to not listen. Do better next time! You just lost a customer.
