Although the food is good, one of the main servers really needs to improve their customer service. My partner and I have been regular customers for the past couple of months, but we are starting to feel like not coming back because we are consistently met with the same rude, unwelcoming, and expressionless service.(one time she tossed the menu on the table as well)
On a 2-3 occasions during our visits, we have also heard staff yelling at another staff in the kitchen, which was clearly audible while we were dining. This made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional.
We truly enjoy the food, but the overall experience has been disappointing.

The best fried chicken I have ever had in my life. I ordered fries as well and they were so crispy and hot. When I went to pick up my order I asked for a coke can as I forgot it to order with food, she gave the drink for free. That was so kind of her, I was so impressed. Definitely going there again.

Absolutely amazing experience. The food was incredible fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every dish was packed with taste and quality. What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their service was honestly unbeatable.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my family and I were EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience at this BB.Q location. I’ve visited several BB.Q locations on the West Coast and was genuinely excited to introduce it to my family.
We ordered four boneless chicken dishes for dine-in. The chicken was soggy, and the secret sauce chicken was served cold. For a dish priced at roughly $25 per plate, the quality was unacceptable.
We politely voiced our concerns to our server, but no effort was made to address or resolve the issue. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations, and we will not be returning to this location.

We placed a pickup order at BBQ Chicken and were told it would take 20–25 minutes. Since we were only 10 minutes away, we waited outside for about 15 minutes and then went in to pick up the order. Even after arriving at the expected time, we still had to wait another 30 minutes inside. The front-of-house staff were polite and tried their best, going back to the kitchen multiple times to check on our order. Unfortunately, the back-of-house service was extremely poor. The kitchen staff seemed slow and disorganized, even though we only ordered two items—soy garlic chicken wings and cheesy balls. By the time we finally received our food—after nearly an hour of waiting—the items were cold, soggy, and disappointing. To make it worse, the packaging was messy. Even though the sauce on our wings was intact and didn’t spill, the outside of the packet was covered in other food stains, which was very unhygienic. Overall, the taste was good, but the long wait, cold food, and messy packaging made the experience extremely frustrating.
