Waited 20 mins for the order. Who ever the owner is he needs to change the staff as they talking to each other in different language and literally always so slow. I would rather drive 10 mins and go to harwood branch then this location. It’s freakin crazy in here.

Ordered a watermelon smoothie assuming it would have real watermelon chunks but what I got was a ice blend of poorly flavoured watermelon ice cream / gelato.
No offence to the servers. They just followed the recipe.

The service we received today was exceptional! Brought a small group of students who require support in the store to order their own booster juice. The employee was so patient and kind as they ordered. She made all of the drinks fast, with a smile, and was very accommodating.
Went in today after 5 pm to order hail to kale was told that apparently they’ve stopped selling juices after 5 , doesn’t mention anything of the sort on the website . The employee was cleaning and it just seemed like he couldn’t be bothered to make it .

The Indian girl put her hand in her pants and then washed it and then adjusted her undergarments in front of me. Then her and the manager proceeded to flirt and physically tease each other. Idc what they do but not in front of customers. Horrific customer experience.
