Horrible customer service. No greetings. Argumentative when we complained about a smoothie taste. I completely agree with all the negative reviews here. Owner needs to take action, should be ashamed of the all negative reviews, no actions taken to resolve.

The Indian girl put her hand in her pants and then washed it and then adjusted her undergarments in front of me. Then her and the manager proceeded to flirt and physically tease each other. Idc what they do but not in front of customers. Horrific customer experience.

Typical good booster juice but omg it's like they sprayed frebreeze bad odor. The smell pierced my soul to the point where I thought about just leaving the store without my drink that I just paid for.

Taking a shower once a week or wearing deodorant should be mandatory.

We recently completed a summer camp season where every Monday we ordered from this location. The manager and the rest of staff were lovely to work with. They were professional, kind and caring. They always made sure all our camper orders were fresh and ready to go! They were diligent about listing allergens and provided a detailed breakdown. We never had any issues with our orders. They were also super fast as we sometimes had last minute orders which we appreciated so much. Not to mention, this location is always very clean and well kept. We hope to partner with them next summer and we would recommend this location to any individual or company!

LOVE Booster Juice but this location has really gone down hill. It’s the location nearest to us, so we come here often, but the fast few times has been horrible for different reasons. The smoothies taste different, always takes SO long, the employees seem cheap and don’t seem to care for any of their customers. I got the same smoothie at Union Station and the one I’m drinking now is very different. AND it wasn’t filled anywhere near all the way up. I’m thinking it’s missing an entire ingredient.Another time there was one only one employee working and he simply could not get the two people ahead of me served and out. He seemed to be prepping juices, not even able to serve the customer in front? The second person in line said he was waiting forever and eventually gave up. Eventually we did too.It’s really a bummer because I love the products booster juice has, but this location does not live up to their standards, unfortunately. I really hope they make some changes!

I have been a repeat Customer at this location for three years now and counting! This is the best location I have frequented! Great Customer Service! Lisa always remembers my order and is extremely helpful, polite, and professional. She is very knowledgeable about the drinks/wraps/snacks and answer any questions I have. Saturday March 16, 2024 at 8:56pm; not sure about the guy name that was working but man was super nice and chill for someone who has a lot of cleaning ahead of him. He was just starting to clean out the front freezer when I walked in; and he was super helpful. Constantly smiling and even popped up a little conversation. I’ve worked and been in the food industry all my life and seeing how everyone’s super quiet and work forward is great but boring as ****, I don’t know his name but he was work forward but, helpful and talkative, im definitely coming back for that great service. Ps give that man’s a raise. That man’s dope!!!!!

The service at this location is outright bad, had 1 individual working, came in on a Sunday afternoon and he simply couldn’t even put the order together, missed multiple items I asked for, and was just rude for no reason, terrible job my management hiring this guy.

The service at this location is amazing. I usually come in the daytime and grab a smoothie on the go. They always make them tasty and offer alternatives when necessary. This time I came after a late gym session literally one minute before closing (unknowingly of course) and Priti smiled and assisted us with a patient and friendly manner despite the time. I have always received kind service from her and wanted to acknowledge that.

This is my usual Booster Juice spot because I live nearby. This is the first time I’ve ever had such terrible service here and I’m pretty sure it’s because I went on Christmas Eve, but well within operating hours. The man who served me was condescending, rude, and obviously irritated that he was working. He cut me off while I was ordering and deliberately under-filled both of my smoothies. Hey Booster Juice, if you can’t hire employees that are professional enough to be polite during the holiday season: don’t make them work and don’t open your doors. I was the only person in there and he treated me like a nuisance. He didn’t make eye contact with me a single time but he sure did roll his eyes at me. I’m never coming back to this location again.
