Graham was absolutely amazing. I came in on my birthday on a slow night, and he brought the energy! Service changes your entire experience when you're out, and he ensured an amazing birthday went ever better. Attentive, cheerful, social and professional. 10/10

Our waiter (Justin) was not knowledgeable and generally non existent for the most time of our meal (didn't ask for refills, zero eye contact even when dropping plates off at our table, didn't offer Parmesan cheese for our mains). Appetizer needed to be sent back (no cheese in the cheese sticks). The manager was very friendly and helpful. The mains were not very good and it took a very long time to arrive. The appetizer was taken off our bill and a small discount was applied but I didn't think we will return to this location.

They routinely overcharge you on the bill and once you tell them, they feign ignorance and say they just put the wrong code by accident. It happened to use several times and several items each time. I would drive a little further and go to Whitby location apparently they're much less sleazy.
