Horrible experience. Cake had fungi inside it and owner said she was not aware of it. Bakery still has stale and fungi infected cakes and products inside so please accept this risk while buying anything from this store. Worst bakery ever in Canada.

Ordered a cake from here 4 days in advance and on pick up date the guy at the front said no cakes were there. He had no idea about a cake order and barely spoke English. He couldn’t even reimburse me because the owner wasn’t there. I was kind of relieved we didn’t get the cake because the store looked like it was in horrible shape and all the desserts looked very stale.

Time for an update on the store, it is tired looking and you are always out of product even in the middle of the day. You used to be our go to place for buns, cakes etc. I am not sure if it is new management or not.

Went to pick up order. Person didn't know what to do, asked we wait for owner in half hour. I am worried it will be stale, or have mold, since I read reviews after making the purchase online 2 days ago. I immediately called, within seconds of placing order to cancel....guy did not know what to do, "call lady" he said....I emailed from there website to cancel and confirm. There was no follow up. Granted I paid, went to collect...but am still waiting for resolution.

We bought a bag of buns they are $.80 cents. The cashier over charged us and when I corrected him he said oh yeah you’re right. We get home and found a roach or some kind of bug in the bag of buns. I will never buy bread from there again. The new owners are terrible.

Casually stopped by out of curiosity and ended up with a rose cupcake bouquet for Valentine's Day. For the price, the quality was beyond amazing ! I was pleasantly shocked. I feel like they should of charged me allot more! I will order again for special occasions, but the regular product stock at this location is admittively lackluster. Still highly recommend this hidden gem.
I have found my last 3 visits the pastries are stale . Just bought a date square today and it was Meh!
