Went to pick up order. Person didn't know what to do, asked we wait for owner in half hour. I am worried it will be stale, or have mold, since I read reviews after making the purchase online 2 days ago. I immediately called, within seconds of placing order to cancel....guy did not know what to do, "call lady" he said....I emailed from there website to cancel and confirm. There was no follow up. Granted I paid, went to collect...but am still waiting for resolution.

We bought a bag of buns they are $.80 cents. The cashier over charged us and when I corrected him he said oh yeah you’re right. We get home and found a roach or some kind of bug in the bag of buns. I will never buy bread from there again. The new owners are terrible.

Casually stopped by out of curiosity and ended up with a rose cupcake bouquet for Valentine's Day. For the price, the quality was beyond amazing ! I was pleasantly shocked. I feel like they should of charged me allot more! I will order again for special occasions, but the regular product stock at this location is admittively lackluster. Still highly recommend this hidden gem.

Went in today looking for a cake for a birthday but they had none. The guy insisted they had cupcakes and they were amazing so we bought them. They are flower bouquet cupcakes. $30 for 7 cupcakes and they were incredibly stale and not fresh at all. Tasted like they had been sitting there for a week. Super unhappy.

Bought two cupcakes and a slice of cheesecake today. The icing on both cupcakes was insanely sweet and not tasty. It wasn't as bad as the cheesecake though- that was so stale. It tasted like it'd been sitting in the case for weeks. I took one bite and had to spit it out. I went in for the nostalgia but I was beyond disappointed.

This custom vanilla and caramel cake was absolutely delicious and the chocolate covered strawberries were beautiful!
Not like it was many yrs ago over priced sweets it seems like they guess what you’re capable of paying . Besides plaza looks like a Buffalo strip mall rundown . Sad

Extremely disappointed. I ordered this cake from them with attached photos and spent $180. Today my husband picked up the cake, it looks nothing like the photos, smudged icing, sloppy piping and incorrect colours. I called the store to ask them to refund me of fix and their response was “there is nothing we can do for you”. Terrible customer service and will not be a returning customer

I was not impressed with the lack of hygiene and customer service here. Although the breads did look good, they're stacked open for anybody to touch and handle. And with no covers to the containers and cough or sneeze will easily go over the bread.
