Visited yesterday. Went through the drive thru & had an issue with my order after leaving the store related to false advertising. I don’t live in the area so can’t go back anytime soon. I wasn’t given a receipt by the store & when contacting head office they wont help correct the issue as a result. Beware.

Our 3 orders of burgers and 2 large fries last night costing $44 was ridiculously over priced for extremely cold burgers. Only a Five minute drive back home I can understand it not being the hottest but it's as if they were pulled out of the fridge at the restaurant and put in the bag. Even if we had eaten them at the restaurant I still think they would of been cold regardless. I also don't recommend reheating these burgers in the microwave it made it a 100 times worse.

I have order whopper combo with fries and large. I was not expecting that including old lettuce and cold uncooked pattie in the burger. Fries are soggy not cooked properly. Unprofessional staff and Manager Micheal. Will never be eating here again disgusting

Ordered the Big Fish sandwich and it was amazing as always!
The fish was big, crispy and delicious. The sandwich also had generous amount of lettuce which made it even more tasty and enjoyable.
I went there at 3:45 pm yesterday, It was not normal that there was only 8 people there, I got the whopper with only cheese and ketchup on the burger, nothing else, but I had to repeat to them 5 times, weird. I also got large fries but they messed that up, so I had a talk with them and they did nothing. When I went to go sit, I was met with a messy chair, red vomit, and a weird stink. I opened up the inside of my burger and found it was charred to the max, it wasn't grilled, IT WAS BURNT! I had a talk with a higher-up and they replaced the burger with a normal one after 10 minutes. I was happy until after i found out that they charged more money just for that. Do not come to this place.

September,2025 My recent visit to this location for breakfast revealed some staff changes. The customer service has improved substantially, exhibiting a more professional approach. As a frequent patron, I am pleased to note this enhancement from my previous visit. Keep up the good work 👍
