I visited this place Monday night dec 2. The lady manager with the glasses was so rude and unprofessional. Also my impossible whopper patty was dry and was not fresh at all. Please train the lady manager how to communicate with customer. Not worth paying money for old food and unprofessional customer service by the lady manager.

This burger king location is absolutely the best. Not only is it 24 hours but at 4am the drive thru staff are so helpful! While other fast food locations are shut this burger king still serves you fresh fries and burgers whenever you need them. Joseph was absolutely customer oriented and so kind at the drive thru. Great seating inside and orders are served pretty fast. Quite lucky to have this in Ajax!

This BK has it advertise that is 24hrs of drive-thru. Every time I order from 5am - 6am they always say that they’re going through maintenance and they won’t be taking any order. This been happening for weeks and it seems like “24hrs of drive-thru” is false advertisement.

The toilets are always very dirty and not cleaned properly.
In between 4-5:30 they "close the tills" or always cleaning in that time span I used to be able to order to eat after work for the past month I haven't been able to

The portions are very inconsistent. I've ordered a M fry before and a large one.. and they always seem to be the exact same size. On occasion I order a milkshake and the last time I did the cup wasn't full. When I mentioned something about it the woman didn't seem to happy about it. She did go and fill the rest up which I appreciated, but she didn't say a word to me after. I paid for the item, I don't think it's too much to expect it to be ... complete. Full ! Apart from that the staff is usually friendly.

Seems they'll need security at this place soon. Witnessed some guy SHAVING his beard at a table in the dining area today. I mean...c'mon now!!! Dude didn't even care when staff spoke to him.
