I want to take a moment to recognize Gomatee, one of the most hardworking and dedicated employees at Burger King. Every time I come in, she goes above and beyond with her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. She is always welcoming, efficient, and ensures that customers leave happy. You can tell she truly cares about her work and the people she serves. Employees like Gomatee make such a big difference, she is the reason I enjoy coming back. Burger King is lucky to have her on their team!

Listen, it's Burger King, so you know what you're getting. Great location though. They gave me an order or cheese bites instead of chicken nuggets on my last order and they practically begged me to take a free order of nuggets on my next order. Honestly one of the most pleasant staffs I've ever dealt with.

Came here late at night because everywhere else was closed. Lobby was closed but women working allowed me to order through the drive thru window. Super nice and energetic, definetly deserves praise. Went above and beyond to help me, so I have to call her out here. She deserves recognition

If I could give the service TEN stars I would! Mike and his team are so awesome. They were polite, patient, prompt and kind. They also pay attention to their customers’ needs and make sure you’re having an enjoyable experience regardless of the fact that you are visiting a fast food place.
The establishment is so clean (they were mopping and wiping as we entered and the washrooms were very clean!) and the speed yet quality of service is fantastic.
It’s interesting because the banner/sign out front of the restaurant says Proud Canadian Owner and run and the owner should be very proud of his staff and the top notch Canadian service they offer: service with a smile, polite and goes the extra mile!
Kudos to Mike and his team; they made a late night trip to BK a memorable one!

I had put in a mobile order to get dinner for my family. The service was friendly and fast but when I got home to eat my food, the experience was unfortunately horrible. I paid $10.99 for a limited time “How to train your dragon” whopper that was so cold, I highly doubt it was made fresh making it a total expensive disappointment. My wife’s whopper also was barely warm. The only food items that I believe got made fresh were the fries and the hamburgers for my children because their food was way warmer. The kindness and efficiency of staff getting fast food to the take out drive thru is great, however the freshness and warmth of food was honestly a major disappointment unfortunately. I was too hungry to call and complain and too far away at home to be bothered to drive back to this location to let staff know of my experience. Sadly, I will not be coming back here again and I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. If you are looking for similar fast food in the same area, I’m sure you’ll get better and warmer food at Mary Browns, McDonalds, and Dairy Queen.

If you're understaffing in the afternoon to save labor have workers that do work. Went through the drive thru, the girl serving was nice but was also serving the front lobby because some supervisor is too good to do customer service work, so not only did we wait longer than necessary we also got to feel ignored watching our customer service agent make their way to the lobby counter instead of completing out order & then the boss not even bagging up the order. Terrible supervisor or management- understaffing & hindering customer service - why are they employed again if they don't do work?
