You should never tell the customer you said this you said that and listen to what they say. There was no thank you after just shove the bag and that was it. When you show up at opening and order 22 Jack o whoppers for your Halloween staff meeting you expect you may be met with some frustration. But that couldn’t be farther from the truth, the staff delivered a big order first thing with a big smile on their face. Absolute stellar customer service!!
All I want to say here is how great of a job Gomatee is doing! I've been going to this Burger King location for a while now and I remember her from a while back. Gomatee is such a positive person that I recognized her from just her attitude, even back in the day. She's so kind to her customers and she's always enthusiastic for whatever she's doing. Not only is she a great worker, but she's a great person as well! We need more people like her, God bless her.
