The service was great as well at the fish. All 4 of us had the Halibut & chips. As you can see from our photo, nothing left on our plates. We recommend Captain Neel’s if you are craving for fish and chips.😃👍🏽

My friend and I visited the place on a Saturday afternoon as we were craving for some fried fish.
We had fried basa filet.
The fish was extremely crispy on the outside and on the inside it was cooked to perfection. The fish was very flavourful and it was very fresh.
Each basa filet $9.95 which was very very affordable.

I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back to try the halibut and cod.

Honestly after seeing some promotional videos online and pretty decent reviews I had much higher expectations for this place.

Im 99% sure I was sold white fish instead of the halibut I asked for yet I was charged for halibut, the fish was just to thin and flakey to be halibut.

The atmosphere was very cold, not sure if the heat is broken or not.

The theme of the place was all over, it looked like it was put together in a thrift store.

4 pieces of fish
2 chips
2 pops
$85!!!

I dont think ill be returning, very disappointed.

It's All About You

I had a recent experience that would make me never return.

I am glad I went back. I had an amazing conversation with the owner who rectified the situation.

He was very straightforward and made no excuses for the service I received.

I am now part of the WhatsApp group lol.

Giving them a second chance turned out better than I expected.

That is how you treat ppl. This was no longer about money but how we treat each other as we all put our pants on one leg at a time.

I will definitely be back! The fish was amazing I had the Cod! The fries were a delicious golden brown (not well done - which is for steak)

The house made tartar sauce pairs amazingly.

Love, kindness and respect 🫡 goes a long way. Thank you Brother! I’ll be back.

Now we just have to redeem the onion rings 😂😂

Overpriced food and the foreign worker was rude and insufferable. I would have went to Balmoral but it was closed. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The fish and chips here is pretty good! Nice and fresh tasking. I had the halibut and the haddock and I would not complain at all.

It will satisfy you're cravings if you specifically crave fish and chips.
