Casa Verde is an authentic and charming restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was top notch and well executed. Service was EXCELLENT! It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with the family who has been operating this amazing restaurant for over 30+ years. This will be my go-to restaurant in Durham now.
Finally visited and loved the food. It's a cute and small restaurant. The calamari was tender and crispy. Carbonara was rich and delicious. We also got one of the specials which was roasted red pepper ravioli in tomato and cream sauce which was also excellent. Finished it off with in house made crema caramel. Will definitely be back!
This is literally our favourite restaurant!! My husband and I celebrate all of our birthdays and anniversaries here plus more. The calamari apperizer, Italian coffee and zabaglione dessert is a must have. We have tried numerous dishes here and they have ALL been fantastic (some tops are the carbonara and lamb rack) They always have a different specials and those are always good too (the veal on bone is our fav!!!)
