I've been going here for almost 2 years now, considering there is not many bubble tea stores in my area, this is the only one readily available and closest to me that isn't a 20 minute drive. I was receiving minimal service to the point I was going to leave a review about my experience. However, today (I'm guessing a new worker- not too sure but I haven't met her before!!) gave me the best experience. She was especially sweet and very welcoming, making conversation with all the customers- myself included, obviously. Keep up the great work Hayley and I hope she and the other staff continue to make everyone's day better!!

Lazy and worst service ! Two of the girls working were too lazy to make an order. So they made me cancel the Uber eats order. They lied to me saying they can not cancel it on their end. They also stated they didn’t have enough tapioca. Making me cancel it and I wasn’t even compensated for my time !

My husband ordered for take way and it wasn't full. I am obsessed with milk tea and I expect to get what we paid for -- a full cup, not less because every drop counts. My husband is too nice to say something. If I was there I would've addressed it on the spot.

Bubble tea is good, a pricey though. Why do you have to pay extra for bubbles in a bubble tea?

Owner really was helpful as I came back 30 minutes later to get a different flavour of a drink, and he was super nice and didn’t hesitate to get me a new drink. 100% would recommend

My drink cover was not properly sealed. So when i shaked it, a lot splattered on me. This is not my regular store but this happened to me twice only in this store. Maybe next time im going to shake it while in the store so they can clean up not me.
I don't mean to rate this location so low but, Chatime locations a longer drive away have better service. This is my regular location or used to be after today because the service used to be way better and I have no idea what is happening now. I got a drink, and it was missing the grass jelly I ordered (the sticker also said grass jelly, so it was punched in). It was remade for me but, then they just completely ignored the rest of the sticker and just gave me back a regular roasted milk tea with the grass jelly. I don't mean to complain but, that is not acceptable when I'm paying extra for toppings and specific flavours. At least I would have appreciated an apology or even some form of communication. The staff seemed really off, hope everythings okay. Very chill and aesthetic location overall. Date: Saturday night around 7-8pm

Staff were pleasant and the drinks came out quickly. They don't taste how they used to taste though. Why are they so watery? $7-8 watery bbtea... Don't think I'll be back to this spot.
