Staff were pleasant and the drinks came out quickly. They don't taste how they used to taste though. Why are they so watery? $7-8 watery bbtea... Don't think I'll be back to this spot.

Disappointing Experience
We arrived at Chatime with a group of about 12 people at 9:30 PM, not knowing the store closed at 10 PM. However, the experience was far from welcoming. The two employees working that evening looked visibly unhappy to see us and made it clear they didn’t want us there.
All the chairs were stacked on top of the tables, so we couldn’t even sit down to enjoy our drinks properly. To make matters worse, their service was incredibly rude. While we were still drinking our bubble teas on a nearby bench, they turned off the lights at 9:45 PM, leaving us no choice but to leave before the posted closing time.
We understand wanting to wrap up at the end of a shift, but this was an unacceptable way to treat customers. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Great bubble tea, lovely environment, unfortunately for me the staff wasn’t the friendliest. I couldn’t even get a hello when I walked in and greeted them waiting for my mobile order.

I don't like learning bad reviews, but if you're selling 'chai' or tea for $9. And it tastes like run-down cold chocolate milk...........
