I never usually leave reviews but I just had to! I had a wonderful experience at cloud nine, it was my first time! My server Erika was wonderful very on top of everything and such a friendly personality!! 10/10 would recommend

We made reservations last minute for 30 people. They were super accommodating, the food was fast and hot. Beer was cold. Lots of room in the bar and parking too. The large windows made it great for light. We were there before sundown, it looks like they may have music or a band. Seemed like a great place.Thank you for hosting us.

I can't even begin to express the sheer disappointment my friends and I endured at Cloud Nine Bar & Grill on April 13, 2024. The experience was a catastrophic blend of incompetence, negligence, and outright disrespect.Firstly, the service was atrocious. It was slow, disorganized, and the staff seemed utterly ignorant of basic customer needs. We waited for ages for our orders to be taken, and even longer for them to arrive. We ordered pints and pounds of wings, a simple enough request, but even that was messed up. Two of our party asked for ranch sauce, which our waitress failed to provide. We had to approach another staff member to finally get it, but the ordeal didn't end there.Throughout the night, despite multiple requests, our waitress failed to bring the basic necessity of water to our table. We sat there for hours, parched and frustrated, wondering if our orders would ever materialize. Spoiler alert: they didn't. Despite ordering food, including sizzling fajitas and a brownie, they never showed up. It's mind-boggling how a restaurant can fail so spectacularly at fulfilling basic customer orders.The icing on the cake was the utter disregard for customer satisfaction. When we finally received our orders, they were cold and incomplete. The fajitas weren't sizzling as advertised, and the accompanying tortilla bread was nowhere to be seen. Even when we asked for the missing items, it was met with indifference from the staff.But the disappointment didn't end there. Despite repeated requests, our table went without water for the entire duration of our visit - from 5:30 pm until 1 am! It's utterly unacceptable to neglect such a basic need, especially in a dining establishment. Our “waitress” Laura seemed more interested in wiping down empty tables than actually attending to paying customersAnd let's not forget about the Saganaki Cheese fiasco. After waiting over an hour, the cheese finally arrived - accompanied by cold, stale bread that had been sitting out for far too long. When I dared to request that the bread be reheated before serving, the waiter dismissed me with utter disregard and took back the Saganaki Cheese and stale bread. Even after speaking to the supposed manager, Sean, there was no improvement. Promises of discounts and expedited service and fresh Saganaki Cheese and fresh bread, fell flat as we waited over TWO HOURS for a dish that never made it back to our table.Overall, the service and experience at Cloud Nine was a complete disgrace. From the ignorant staff to the disorganized management, it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them and basic customer requests are the last on their list to meet. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to steer clear unless they enjoy frustration and disappointment with their meal, night, experience and socializing events. I strongly recommend considering going elsewhere.*****UPDATE****** I just called as requested by the resturaiunt owner and was hung up on by another employee named Sean.Just gets worse and worse.

We came as a group to watch the ufc, we had a great night. The food was great, we had the pesto chicken and chicken parm and both pastas were delicious. Our waitress Laura suggested the chilli onion wings and they were the best flavour of wings we've ever had. We were there for most of the evening and although it was extremely busy, Laura made sure we had everything we needed, making sure to fill our water without having to ask. Thank you for a great evening, it was our first time here and we will be back

Unbelievably welcoming , first two visits they honored our coupons unquestionably . Erika is one of the most thoughtful servers , didn't come here for a couple of weeks and our drink order was on the bar before we even had a chance to order . Blown away by the quality and flavourful of the lamb shank . Regardless of the fact it is extremely affordable. My new local spot!!

I came here on April 13th to watch the ufc fights with my friends, I ordered a pint and pound with a dance duo. The dip never came. After this I ordered fajitas a pint and a glass of water, the water never came. After this I ordered a coffee and a brownie, the brownie never came. After this I ordered a saganoki cheese which never made it to the table. I was told that I would get a discount on my bill…this also never came. I was here from 545-2am and I never got any good service. I came to this establishment for every UFC fight but I will not be returning after last nights events.

First time trying this place and my last. Went here with my wife for dinner and a drink after work and were completely ignored by the staff.There was a large group standing around and blocking the door, so we're had to squeeze in. We made eye contact with the staff behind the bar and proceeded to sit in a booth opposite the bar.We sat there for 15 minutes watching the bartender talk on a cell phone.Obviously they were not interested in our business, so we left.We will not be back, first impressions matter.

The Sunday jazz band Ragweed is amazing there but unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I reserve a table months in advance to see the band and requested they seated us in the front where the band was playing. However they couldn't find my reservation, and we were seated off to the side away from the band. All of the Sunday Special items they had on their website they didn't have but they had a fixed " band menu" and we had to order from instead. When I called about the specials previous to this reservation they told me there would be the regular Sunday Specials so we were confused to why they had a band fixed menu. The manager was then annoyed we had asked to order vegetarian options that was not on their fixed band menu. They should have taken this request as an opportunity to improve their restaurant. When we got our food their portion sizes were so small, and not worth what we were paying. Even after all of this we did tip them well to be kind knowing that we will never go back there again which is a shame because we only came there to see the band. It felt like we were inconveniencing them for all their mistakes and they never apologized for anything. Six months later they called me asking if I would come back to see the band. They got my number from the reservation that " couldn't find". They clearly don't know how to run a restaurant.Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options on their " fixed band menu"

I ordered a lamb dinner expecting it would have looked like the picture advertised. To my surprise they put so much gravy it was soaking and melted away the potatoes. The taste of the meal was as if it were an indian restaurant, some type of tandoori seasoning overpowered the lamb and gravy. To say the least no apology at all after I complained. Definitely will not be back the food socks, even the chicken wings tasted gross.

I have given all 5 stars for this place. Food was good.liked the atmosphere. The most most important thing I need to mention for any restaurant service personel are so important. And here at cloud nine the lady Riahayaana (sorry I know I misspelt her name) she was such a sweet heart. She was running around like a headless chicken(weekend ) yet her smile stayed intact on her face. If the owner is reading this you certainly need to give her a bonus..she made us feel so comfortable and welcome.
