Rude cashier, charged .10 for a plastic bag you put fruits and veg in, said they charge that because it is not being used for fruits or vegetables, I will never shop there again!! and I wouldn’t recommend the store to anyone, there are better places around, they don’t even deserve one star. The one consistent theme on this site is how rude the people who work there are, it’s a shame that this business feels they have the right to treat their customers this way, their livelihood depends on their customers and they should be ashamed of their behavior.

The owner is rude! I left very upset at the way I was spoken to. The aisles are so skinny, the staff are stocking shelves and won't move. I support small business however its the rudeness. Please get trained in customer service. I will Not be returning. My advice, take your business elsewhere.

They would get a negative 10 rating from me. How is this store still open!!?? I am reading the reviews and it is the same complaint. They are extremely rude!!!! They have no customer service skills or maybe I should say they don't care. Left there and went to Ocho Rios West Indian Groceries and what a huge difference. The staff member there was extremely helpful and polite. Only attitude here was a good attitude. Instead of putting all your energy into being rude and disrespectful to your customers try putting that energy into cleaning up your nasty unsanitary store. They force you to use their carts but don't sanitize them.

They source some of the best WI food in the area. I wish the hard dough bread was warm when it arrives. Good selection.Closing time - missing starMost people work until 5, away from home. If you close by 6 it doesn't give people a chance to even get close. 6:30 is more reasonable.

I bought Chicken foot and a few pieces of chicken we made chicken foot soup the very next day my stomach starting hurting, my 8 year is vomiting and my husband is sick to make it worse I also gave my 2 year old God daughter some soup her mom called me advising she is throwing up and is obviously sick.Never will I go back and to top it off they are very rude and not very pleasant.
