Nice DQ location. I must be getting old but I feel like the food isn't as good as it was years ago and as with most ice cream places, I wish prices were a little more reasonable for a small treat for the kids.

My last review was for paying for extras,not getting them and having a difficult time.
My updated review is for buying tossed strips with extra dip on the side. When we got home we opened the box and there was no sauce at all on the strips or side. They also gave us the wrong burger. Trying to get it rectified was extremely difficult and they gave us a hard time the entire process.
Well be going to another DQ location from now on.

I have been going to the dairying for almost 30 Years. This time I went with my friend to your location because she lives in Ajax. I got my favorite which is the brownie batter. I was horrified with the first spoon. I didn't find any Bounce there were pieces of I think possibly Chocolate that were so grainy I thought I was eating sand very fine sand but sand nondelus. I cannot explain how disappointed and utterly uphold I was by this. I never wanna go back to this location. And I sincerely what evolutions of Dairy Queen are left in Ontario don't have the same brownie batter I had the unfortunate Luck to try at your establishment. If you're going to do a brownie batter make sure it's actually brownies not whatever poison you're using now. Never again!!!
