I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order at 11:51 PM for a normal crust pizza with extra cheese, yet I received a thin crust with no extra cheese at all, despite paying for it. Shockingly, at 11:55 PM, I got a call saying my order was “ready” because the staff wanted to close. There is no way this pizza was freshly prepared in just 4 minutes.
To make matters worse, the pizza tasted stale and off, as though it was made with old dough or poor-quality ingredients. After eating it, my husband, my child, and I all suffered diarrhoea, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.
This was hands down the worst pizza I have ever had, and I will never be returning to Domino’s. This experience has completely shattered my trust in your brand.

I ordered yesterday 1 cheese pizza and 2 chicken pizza there. They gave me fully burnt cheese pizza and chicken was so dry and rubbery. I ordered cheese pizza for the kids and they couldn’t even enjoy their pizza bcz it was so bad. When I called and asked they said it’s like that. Customer service was really bad, when i went inside to order the pizza , the girl who was working there was so rude and didn’t even give me proper answers when i asked her about the size and the topping. She was working with a attitude. My him told me am pretty sure she is gonna make pizza so bad and he was 100% right. Looks like we got it for free do they made it so bad. We paid almost $60 everything together. I ordered different dominos pizza before and I always got the best pizza.

I carried my 5 week old into the storefront in her carseat, and everyone was so nice and accommodating. A delivery driver held the door as I walked in. When I was carrying my child and the pizza out, an employee walked out from behind the counter to hold the door for me.
