Didn’t get my online order right, gave me 1 less dipping sauce

Hi I came into the Bayly location on Jan 2,2026 in Pickering and looked at the pamphlets. The pamphlet advertised small spinach pizza for $12.99 and when I tried the associate said no no the pamphlet is not right, it's wrong. Use the digital screen it's $14.99. I let him know that if it's advertised you are to honor. He said no no. Manager, Please get rid of these pamphlets in the store as it's false advertisement!!! And confusing to customers. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible experience at Domino’s Pizza. The dough was stale and had a weird, unpleasant taste, something was clearly off, like it wasn’t fresh or they made their own dough. To make things worse, I found a hair baked into the pizza itself. That’s beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable for a food place.The spices were way too much and completely overpowered the pizza
When I checked the other reviews afterward, I realized I’m not the only one, several people have mentioned finding hair and issues with food quality here. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident.
Domino’s, this location seriously needs to improve its hygiene standards and food preparation process.
Customers deserve safe, fresh food, not this kind of careless, unsanitary experience. I won’t be ordering from here again and would strongly caution others to think twice before they do. When I called the store, they said the manager wasn’t in and they couldn’t offer a refund, only a remake. Why would anyone want another pizza after finding hair in their food? That’s probably the worst management response I’ve ever seen. This Domino’s location seriously needs a health inspection. I’ll never order from here again.

Extremely Disappointed and Concerned About Hygiene. I ordered a pizza from this Domino’s location and found a hair baked right into it. When I contacted the store, they offered to remake the pizza, but honestly, once you find a hair in your food, you lose all trust in their hygiene. I asked for a refund instead, and they refused, saying they couldn’t do anything. I even escalated it to upper management, but still no proper resolution.
After seeing other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident, people have mentioned similar issues before.
Consider this a warning to anyone ordering from here: check your food carefully. This experience was beyond disappointing and completely unacceptable.

Domino's is quick with delivery that you can track on your phone. The delivery drivers are always friendly and the food is always cooked with perfection! We also earn points quickly to claim a free pizza or other items on the menu.

I have a special order for any pizza because I find the usual sauce too spicy. The pizza I received was perfect! It had marinara sauce instead of the usual pizza sauce, double cheese , pepperoni, half had green pepper and half tomato exactly as requested. I highly recommend this location for courteous service, attention to detail and service with a smile. Made me feel at home.
First time ordering from this location....great experience. Ordered 3 large and 1 medium pizza for a work lunch and everything was ready for pick up within promised time. The gentleman working there (Hamza....sorry if name is wrong) was very polite and the service and pizzas were wonderful. Everyone enjoyed it!! Will be back again!! 😊 🍕
