Too overpriced! Too expensive!

I have been to many Filipino restaurants in Toronto and this by far is the only one that needs some serious review. The food is mediocre too. I felt this before but I thought I’d give it another try but the food size of how small they are versus the price and taste is ridiculous. I will never go back. I would rather drive and spend money on gas than buy food here again.

Went with a few friends to enjoy the Halu-halo. The shave ice of the dessert was amazing. Try it yourself.

Food is expensive and it’s not really that good tastes! I bought pancit and they put atsuete and it’s not good but then it’s expensive!
I got the combo bbq with rice and binagoongan..it’s mostly fat pork was in it.. I would not recommend it..I paid $45 but not worth it,

We absolutely loved Estacion's food today, the Kamayan was phenomenal, and the Hallo Hallo was so satisfying. But what makes this restaurant so special is the service, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Maria for making our family like home, we'll for sure come back more often.

We came here for late night food and live entertainment. There's a cover charge of $10 per person for the live band performance. That is a bit pricey compared to other places in Scarborough.

The space is too small, and it was very cramped seating. I was not able to face the stage where i was sitting. The lounge is on the upper floor and not handicap accessible.

The pork sisig was disappointing. We usually order a party tray and it was really good. The sizzling plate in the restaurant had lots of fat and no meat. We even ordered 2 sisig and same thing all fat.

The pork bbq was really good with a nice thick layer of sweet savory bbq sauce. There were some unedible pieces of fat, but overall, it was a good appetizer.

The hot wings were crispy and juicy and nice, sweet chili dipping sauce to compliment them. The wings were not spicy at all.

The menu is QR code scan using your mobile device. The server was taking orders using a tablet point of sale device. They are licensed to serve alcohol and you can order buckets of beer, wine, and cocktails.
The live entertainment was pretty interactive, and they invited some people from my group to sing along karaoke style with the band.

If live music and karaoke are your favorite way to enjoy a night out, then this place might be for you. For me, the tight seating arrangements and some subpar food offerings left something to be desired. The beer buckets are quite pricey and if you are looking for Red Horse, they do serve the tall boy cans here. Expect to pay a premium for the import beers. We drank Stella Artois.
The total bill, including 5 x $10 cover charge came up to $280. It was very expensive considering the food we ate and 2 buckets of beer. If you are looking for a local Filipino karaoke bar, then this place might be a good alternative to the other ones in Scarborough. Give them a try.

Whenever I’m in the mood for authentic Filipino cuisine, Estacion Filipino Food in Ajax is my go-to spot. The moment I step inside, I’m welcomed by the comforting aromas and friendly atmosphere that make it feel like home. Their chicharon bulaklak is a must-try—crispy and bursting with flavor, it’s the perfect snack or side dish that never disappoints.

The grilled liempo is another standout, offering tender and juicy pork that’s beautifully marinated and grilled to perfection. I also can’t get enough of their siomai, which is deliciously savory and makes for an excellent appetizer. The staff is always welcoming, ensuring that every visit is a delightful experience. If you’re in the area and craving tasty Filipino comfort food, Estacion is definitely worth a visit!

The worst spring roll I’ve ever had in my entire life. The spring rolls were a letdown. The wrapper was chewy and the filling tasted like it had been sitting out too long. It was dry, peppery, and filling was just a small amount. I actually thought that you could never go wrong with lumpia but this one was such a missed. My suggestion is why not fry small batches every hour so at least people can have it fresh. This is such a waste and they are expensive too. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Quality control needs some serious improvement.
