Fine Taste Hakka Chinese Restaurant

Extremely disappointed. We asked for egg fried rice and was given just rice tossed in with 2-3 peas and basically no eggs. When we asked for some we were charged extra and was said since it was made in the wok with other orders as well, they dont control what goes in what plate which is totally understandable but if I wanted just plain rice i could have just ordered some steamed rice.

Been coming here for a while and when I first started coming here, somewhat three years ago, everything was perfectly fine.Everything was great the customer service experience was delectable at least passable at worst, but I don't know the last couple of times i've come here.Customer service has gone downhill food is slightly worse than it was before and I don't know if I'll be coming back again

Specific things like hmm, not being patient. When my card got declined that I had to move a little bit of money around to the man, literally throwing my pop at my food, while it sat on the to go counter

I wish that woods over the course of a couple different times but that was all the time that I just went in for

Good Chinese food that hit the spot! Not too salty or greasy and even got some free chicken wings with a large order. Will definitely come back.

Disappointed beyond words. We went as a family with our infant (who didn’t eat a bite), and still got slapped with a 10% “service charge” just for being a group of five? Since when do infants count toward party size?

We ordered a lot of food, yet when we asked for a couple extra takeout containers because theirs wouldn’t close when filled, the staff started arguing and counting boxes like it was gold. Instead of being helpful, the woman at the front had a rude attitude and said we’d be charged more for extra boxes — despite us already paying a service charge.

It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly insulting. Talking about us in another language right in front of us was the final straw. We came to enjoy a meal, not feel disrespected.

Definitely not family-friendly. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went with my wife, two kids, and our 3-month-old infant (who didn’t eat anything, just slept in his car seat the whole time). We were shocked to see a 10% service charge added automatically to the bill. When I asked why, they said it’s because we were a “party of 5”? Including an infant?

We ordered a lot of food to support their slow night, and when it came time to pack up, their takeout boxes wouldn’t even close properly when filled. We asked for a couple more boxes and instead of helping, the lady starts counting how many boxes we had and tells us we’d be charged extra for more. Seriously? After adding a mandatory service charge?

I told her that doesn’t make any sense, and her response was basically: “We charge extra anyway.” No logic, no customer service, just a rude attitude and zero professionalism. Then they started talking about us in another language in front of us — so disrespectful.

Save your money and your patience. This place is not worth the headache. Never going back.

Their dishes are always made with fresh ingredients. This will become quite apparent after your first bite. While I can't often afford to treat myself to Chinese food as it is often more costly than other meals. But, when I can find a little extra doe or I feel I deserve a treat, this is where I go. If you are nearby and feeling like a great treat for dinner, you should try this place. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Very disappointing experience.
I spent $40 on food, and they were incredibly stingy about providing takeout boxes. To make matters worse, they insisted on charging an extra $1 for the boxes, repeatedly emphasizing it as if it were a major issue. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better service and basic courtesy. Being so focused on a $1 charge instead of customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Good food, seating area needs work

I usually won’t post a negative food review but the food and service is pretty bad. Chilli chicken and shrimp were stale and dry felt like a couple days old left over food reheated.
