Simply the best tasting sub you can buy. It may seem expensive but you get huge portions of meat and it is always fresh. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. You can always tell a lot about a place by how the bathrooms are kept. Happy to say the bathrooms are spotless, super clean.

Very disappointed…ordered my go to sub…NY Steamer. The amt of meat was considerably less than we have experienced and was cooked/heated far too much to the point of being slightly dry and tough. The order was messed up on one of the subs, missed the toppings. I wasn’t asked if I wanted toasted or plain also as in previous visits. Not the Firehouse Sub experience I have previously enjoyed.

Nothing but epic meaty glorious goodness at this joint. Puts other sub places to shame... BIG TIME. The team is awesome and fantastic too! Sandwich GURUs!

I went today and tried the Cajun Chicken sandwich and the food was fresh and good. I'd 100% recommend anyone to try it. I chalk up my prior experience that wasn't good due to how it went. The below review was written on July 28th, 2025 where I had food poisoning. Some of the stuff is redacted. I give it a 4.5/5 overall, only negative is my prior experience with staff doing nothing at that moment first time. But it won't define my experience.

It was my first time trying a Steak and Cheese sandwich and it might be good but it wasn't for me so I wouldn't try it again. Staff also won't do much to help if you end up being nauseated or vomiting like I did unfortunately.

I specifically went inside to order the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket and asked to put everything on it, now I got home to find out it’s only meat and nothing else! Very disappointed!

My experience at firehouse subs was amazing!! The food was amazing and the customer service was spot on.

What stood out to me was the incredible customer service. The staff were extremely friendly and helped navigate me through the menu, in order to customize the perfect sub.

I would definitely be back!!

terrible joint, DO NOT GO HERE spent $30 on 2 subs made my sub and left it on the table to get cold and soggy and then when i complained handed me my sub and then argued amongst themselves about whose fault it was. no customer service at all… what has this world come to

I order on line brisket beef and cheddar for my wife and I, we add or subtract what we would like the last three orders nothing like what we ordered my wife has to pick off some items, I asked for crumbled onions and spicy mayo didn't get any, they are young and appear to have very little training they obviously don't have any attention to detail when orders come in, and obviously under new management

Ordered a hero, they gave me a pastrami, paid $21 for the pleasure. When you charge that much money for a sub - you can at least get my order correct. This was about 12:30 pm, July 9th. Also I asked for whole wheat, and got white bread. I feel like I have been robbed.

Great sandwich and knowledgeable server on cash.
