Flavour of the food was good, and the price stated on the menu was fair. The man at the cash had some questionable math skills when it came to the price of our meal, but it is what it is.They definitely run on island time and it took a long time to get the food, but the food was good and I would get it again (next time I would ask for coleslaw on the side instead of on top, but that was my own mistake).I took off a star because the inside of the shop looked like it had definitely seen better days, the menu was literally falling off the wall and numerous items were crossed off/unavailable, none of the TVs worked and it was really hot inside while we were waiting. AC and entertainment would be nice if you have long wait times.

Their Jamaican patties use to be so good…but recently they have been served to us over cooked and hard as ever. At least the last 3 times we have been there between March and May of this year. I don’t know what is happening….have they changed owners or suppliers or is anyone else experiencing the same?

There is seating for only small groups and parking is limited to a few spots behind the building.

Very disappointed. I came here after seeing your Tik Tok post. Waited almost 2hours and still hadn't gotten served. Then people who came after me got their food. Totally unacceptable. I requested a refund and left. This is the first review you did and I've been left disappointed .

We ordered flavours for dinner we got j*** chicken and oxtail tacos for dinner and the tacos were stone cold. It felt like they pulled it out of the fridge and just served it. As i was eating my oxtail tacos i found several bones inside just a terrible experience. definitely won't order again or recommend.

Only on the weekends that I order a box of 12 patties from here, only those weekends do I have a real bad case of run belly. And on those weekends, the only take out food is from here at Flavours restaurant. Obviously this is a serious problem that brings the rest of their menu into question.

More than anything the customer service was great! I was missing an item in my Uber order and was able to go back and pick it up with no trouble and as usual the food is really good

I recently had food catered for a work dinner and the food was fantastic the chicken was amazing and the customer service was quick to assist organize this meal. Tash went above and beyond even dropping the food off to me because she was in the area. I would highly recommend Flavours :) Thank you Tash!

I moved to ajax and wanted some authentic j*** chicken and this is basically the only place around. I've only bought j*** chicken and rice meals from here and have tried all three sizes and the portions are ridiculously small considering rice is very cheap and the pieces of meat they use are very small. Quality is fine but definitely overpricing all sizes of their j*** chicken.
