I wish I could rate the food higher but for $54 for 2 people at a breakfast spot this bill was purely for the atmosphere.
Egg white wrap was 2 bites per half. Potato wedges were overcooked. Breakfast platter was 75% potato decent taste but nothing exciting. Sausage and bacon were cooked decently but could have been warmer. The french toast / waffle pieces tasted like they were frozen re heated. The serving boards are a cute look but functionally do not make sense. Food constantly falling off onto the table as you try to eat.
Staff very friendly and atmosphere was very nice. Unfortunately food significantly outways these 2 when going out to eat.

Food was very mediocre. We got the goldies breakfast board, and the French toast (arguably a very easy dish to cook) was not good. Also the fruit bowl tasted like it was from a fruit platter from the grocery store.
For $54 after tax and tip for the breakfast board and an egg wrap, it really should have been better.

Love this place. The service is impeccable. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. It’s not too noisy but not too quiet.
All I’d ask is the following - add some coat hooks along the railing to give people a place to put their purses or coats if they’re too far from the one coat rack - add some comfy couches/sofas with coffee tables

This is a thriving Cafe, the coffee is good, as is the lunch menu. The staff are all very friendly. If its full there is a small waiting area to wait for a table.
This place is phenomenal. Be prepared for a short wait.
Wish I took photos; the drinks were great, the food was a pleasant surprise as well. I guess I don’t expect great food at a cafe these days so very impressed. The wait to get in was about 45-50 mins, timing was accurate and they use a convenient text system to update you.
Had the Cubano and a tomatoes bisque soup. Had the seasonal smore’s latte/mocha as well. All delicious and reasonable lunch/breakfast sized portion. Please dip your sandwich in the soup.

Great place for a light bite. It can get very busy so if you want a spot to sit at get there early. Food portions are decent size. Food is great. Hot chocolate flight in the winter is a must. Tomato soup is some of the best I’ve ever had. The Cubano sandwich was amazing as well. Never had a menu item I didn’t like. One of the best local jems when in ajax.
