I was running some errands in Ajax and decided to stop really quickly for lunch. Rare beef pho was phenomenal. Broth was well balanced and meat was fresh. Ratio of noodles to beef to broth was perfect.
Got the grilled pork fresh rolls were also great, I usually get shrimp but getting the pork this time around was the right move.
The viet iced coffee with condensed milk is amazing. I make it a point to try it at every pho place and this place is probably now one of my favourites.

The atmosphere was a bit crowdy but can’t blame much because the chicken sandwiches were great. A little less cilantro would have been appreciated in the sandwich but otherwise they were great. The garlic fish sauce chicken wings is what i would recommend everyone.

Cute little mom and pop shop with a warm atmosphere. Heads up bring cash or debit. We absolutely loved this place. My sister and I tried it for the first time because she really wanted to try some bún bò huế which she got; I ordered the grilled chicken pho and some fried wontons. Oh my days! The soup bases were SO delicious flavourful and fragrant. Every sip of broth felt like the warmest coziest hug. The meat in the bún bò huế was melt-in-your-mouth tender and the grilled chicken was so juicy with a nice char. The meat to soup to noodle ratio is spot on you get a little of each down to the last bite! The owner was so kind and helped us decide, so were the other two servers helping out they were so attentive and sweet. We can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been going to this place ever since it opened several years ago and I can only say the food has gotten only better. The owner is a rare talent in the food industry and he’s made me a customer for life through the continuous improvement of his craft. I will not eat Pho anywhere else.

Very busy, went in on a Saturday at 7 pm and we got lucky to get a dining table. We got the vegan pho with spicy vegetable broth and the rice paper Greengrass spring roll. It was our first time eating Vietnamese food, SOO GOOOD. Highly recommend
Please do note: they do not offer halal options which is unfortunate and something I hope they add in the future as my husband couldn't order anything meat
