Ordered food from here for a New Years Day lunch and everyone enjoyed it! The food was very tasty and the quantity was way more than I expected so everyone got take home containers too. The people were super friendly when ordering, called again on the day of to confirm pickup time so the food would still be hot when picked up. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for taste and value.

I ordered food from this place and received heavy thick soup and undercooked food. When I called the restaurant to complain the server was dismissive and extremely rude.I live 5 minutes away so I called immediately after checking it. She refused to let me speak with management to address the issue and claimed she “can’t do anything about” the situation of the food. I don’t recommend places like this with such rude customer service and have the inability to address customer concerns. There are several fine Chinese cuisines in Ajax, DON’T go to this one.

This used to be one of the best Hakka places in the Ajax–Pickering area, but recently the food quality has gone downhill. I ordered the Thai Red Fish Curry today, and it barely had any fish—certainly not even 20 grams. Instead, it was mostly fried tofu with just a couple of battered fish pieces. Even those pieces tasted like they were fried in overused, overcooked oil. Overall, it was a terrible experience from what was once one of the best Hakka restaurants in town.

This is a fantastic local spot to get your Chinese Hakka fix. Really friendly lady helped me get my order done. The prices are excellent and they load up on the portions. The food is well made and tastes excellent so I highly recommend.
